• New Supplier Aspen development requirements
• High Level issues that found during eSD evaluation need to be resolved and justification.
• Business Operating Systems and Quality Operating Systems do not follow IATF standard.
• Lack of KPI’s in displayed in the facility.
• Lack of Shop floor visual management.
• Needs management structure to identify manufacturing issues and implement Corrective Action Plans.
• People-Training plans.
• Poor problem solving.
• Poor Housekeeping and maintenance planning.
• Introduction of Layered Process Audit system.
• Cleanliness regime introduction.
• Program and Launch management structure unclear.
• In order to mitigate the above STA require a dedicated Engineer for 12 Months duration to resolve Supplier development issues. 2 sites involved
• Rhode Island – raw material manufacture into Aerogel
• Monterey in Mexico – Aerogel cut to size & encapsulated.

Ideal Person

• Experienced in both Supplier Development and New Model Launch Environment.

• Extensive knowledge and practical deployment of lean tools and demonstrated experience in process/value stream mapping.
• Change leadership/management skills with the ability to challenge and drive operational excellence.
• Analytical skills to break down complex, multidimensional problems or processes and drive improvement ideas from concept to reality.
• A proven leadership track record in a manufacturing or technical environment
• Broad experience of managing external stakeholders and supplier relationship management.
• Ability to evaluate capacity at a facility and workstation level.
• Practical background in the implementation of best practice factory operating systems (People, Production, Quality, Planning & Logistics)
• Knowledge of IATF16949 and AIAG standards

NML Key Skills

• Core knowledge of NML activity.
• Core knowledge of APQP and PPAP
• Manage supplier process development and introduction to support delivery of quality requirements
• Manage productive relationships with internal stakeholder and supplier’s representatives to ensure all supplier manufacturing process related APQP deliverables are met.

A compromise would be someone with Supplier Development Skill Set only. The main requirement is to work with the supplier to meet Client requirements, however in this case US STA NML resource would be required to support the activity in Aspen which would result in reduced current car activity.

Job Summary

Reporting to the Group Supervisor - Air Operations, the Group Air Support Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring Group Air reservations are accurately booked and aligned with guest expectations and tour requirements. This position supports the Group Air teams and Supervisor by assisting with daily tasks to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.

Primary Functions:

• Assist Group Air Specialists with queue management and securing guest seat assignments.
• Perform quality checks on Group Air reservations after seat reduction dates and as needed.
• Action airline schedule changes promptly. Assist with protecting passengers when changes no longer meet minimal connection times and/or time restrictions on the tour package booked.
• Support Quality Control Air Coordinator(s) when necessary.
• Assist with fulfillment of Group Air requests across all office locations.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned by the VP Air and Logistics, Air Operations Manager, Supervisor, or Airline Contracting and Pricing Manager.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company standards and policies.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (educational assistance available through approved programs).
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Familiarity with, or willingness to learn, air operations, quality control procedures, and reporting documentation standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to create, compose, and edit professional written materials.
• Effective team player with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and departments.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities.

Hiring for a* Recruiter for an office in Northern Rhode Island. *

Looking for motivated candidates that are comfortable making outbound calls for both sourced resumes and job applicants. A lot of moving parts with administrative HR tasks, setting up interviews, sourcing and recruiting candidates through various platforms, making job offers and other related job duties.

M-F 8AM-5PM.

MUST have strong attention to detail and be computer savvy, particularly with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook programs.

This is NOT a remote role.
