Schedule: Monday-Thursday 3:00pm- 1:00am, Friday OT

Pay Range: $33.00- $40.00 an hour

Purpose/Responsibilities:

Provide direction and guidance to employees in the various functional areas of responsibility. Overall strong technical knowledge relating to departmental operations and working closely with the Supervisor of the area to ensure that key objectives are met.

Support, promote and follow the TMOS process

Assist supervisor with schedule attainment

Provide direction and assistance to associates in your functional area. Lead, mentor and train as applicable.

Promote company policy, ensure that we meet quality standards, achieve work schedules by most efficient use of people and equipment while continually seeking ways to reduce cost and improve department efficiency.

Technical knowledge/ability to regularly interact with service departments and occasionally interact with customers and vendors.

Track, maintain and order supplies that support your area of responsibility.

General understanding and knowledgeable in all responsibilities at a technician or expert level for your functional area which may include any or all of the following:

Assist in resolving tooling, gaging, print or other applicable issues as they arise.

Maintain operational quality standards.

Report all operating difficulties to the appropriate supervisor.

Maintain and comply with process documentation.

This individual may generate and/or handle regulated (i.e. hazardous/non-hazardous) waste as part of this job. This must be disposed of in accordance with federal/state regulations.

Technical/Functional Skills:

Industrial Mathematics (ability to add or subtract decimmals)

Ability to read blueprints and or read, write, and interpret technical information.

Familiar with Geometric dimensioning and tolerance.

Ability to work in a team along with strong leadership skills including ability to train and mentor.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to use and setup various measuring devices or gages.

Good computer skills.

Good attention to detail and organizational skills.

Basic Qualifications:

High School Graduate or Equivalent

Manufacturing experience- 4 years preferred

PROGRAM ANNOUNCEMENT The LNA Intern Program allows nursing students the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive clinical environment working side-by-side with highly skilled RN Preceptors who will facilitate the learning experience. This program assists the Intern to develop a greater level of self-confidence. The Intern will have the opportunity to build upon clinical skills, improve communication, critical thinking and time-management skills. This program builds on the fundamentals of nursing education, theoretical knowledge, awareness of the role of the professional nurse and an understanding of organizational structure and operations within an acute care setting.

The LNA Intern will be working two 12-hour shifts as an LNA on one of our units and doing one 12-hour shift shadowing a Nurse Preceptor on a unit that they are interested in.

Minimum Qualifications: -Must have successfully completed Junior Year of an accredited RN Program and currently enrolled in good standing. -Current cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is strongly preferred. -Resume and one (1) letter of recommendation (on school letterhead) from a nursing faculty member. The letter should address these personal attributes: communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, personal motivation and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. -Current unofficial transcript.

Required Licensure/Certification Skills: -Current and active NH LNA license -Current BLS certification for the Healthcare provider -Satisfactory completion of a Dartmouth Health pre-employment physical, immunization and relevant background checks.
