What you'll achieve
As part of our Server Product Management Team, you will be responsible for cross-functional management of AI-optimized product(s) or solution(s) through their entire life-cycle to achieve P&L goals. You'll also be analyzing markets to determine opportunities, ensuring offerings are defined to maximize profitability. You will be a Subject Matter Expertise (SME) for internal and external product events, including analyst meetings, press interviews, sales training and partner meetings.

You will:
Manage requirements for new complex product and solution offerings, including feature/cost trade off decisions, trade marking important features, and driving peripheral requirements for product platforms.
Lead cross-functional product teams
Lead business case for enhancements or new products; makes recommendations and negotiates with other functional leaders
Lead the most complex requirements gathering and management; provides interpretation and recommendations
Be a SME for external and internal product events

Essential Requirements

Experience in defining long-term product strategy and vision
Business and entrepreneurial acumen with strategic and critical thinking along with ability to lead executive presentations on product strategy
Strong technical acumen with a history of building/delivering enterprise server products especially AI enabled products and components including but limited to GPU's, CPU accelerators
Experience defining projects, collecting requirements, writing detailed functional specifications, coordinating efforts to scope and scheduling and deploying new feature sets
Experience in writing product and customer requirements and using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize decision-making
Desirable Requirements
Typically requires 15+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 12+ years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 8+ years experience; or equivalent experience
Familiarity with AI (Artificial Intelligence)

Compensation
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $216,000 - $280,000.

A growing real estate team in Round Rock, TX, is looking for a creative, strategic, and highly organized Social Media Manager & Executive Assistant to take ownership of our online presence and support day-to-day business operations.


The primary focus of this role is social media, creating compelling content, managing and scheduling posts across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Business Profile, and using those platforms to generate leads and build brand awareness. In addition to content work, you’ll support the team with select administrative and operational tasks.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management — Primary Focus

  • Create, manage, and maintain a monthly content calendar
  • Produce original content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Business Profile
  • Record and lightly edit short-form videos (Canva, Instagram Edits, Reels, YouTube Shorts)
  • Schedule and publish content consistently to maximize reach and engagement
  • Optimize posting strategy to support lead generation and brand awareness

Content Design & Email Marketing

Overview

The Merchandiser II is responsible for performing merchandising activities and constructing displays of SGWS products in key retail accounts as requested by Sales Team or retail customers. This role will provide support to Sales Reps by ordering products and may be required to expedite product delivery on an emergency basis.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Responsible for building and maintaining merchandising/display materials for all products
  • Position merchandise and create a customer-ready selling floor
  • Participate in ensuring store appearance and merchandise displays are in line with plans, selling history and new receipts
  • Consults with buyers, marketing, and sellers product positioning and presentation plans
  • Responsible for placing product orders on behalf of the Sales Rep
  • Responsible for servicing local stores and refilling existing displays of products to keep company products fully stocked on the shelves
  • Create and coordinates the visual presentation of merchandise, including store layout and exhibits
  • Distribute and install refund offer, neck hangers, shelf-talkers, and price signs on products sold by the Company
  • Fill cold box and warm shelves at client account with products sold by the Company
  • Refill and re-merchandise existing displays of product sold by the Company
  • Assemble, install and fill all types of display racks
  • Pick up and deliver special orders, mail, and merchandise
  • Perform sales support functions to include the use of current point of sale marketing materials, oversight of the shelf space in the chain territory manager's accounts, consistent communication with the representative regarding changes in buyer preferences and or out of stock inventory concerns/situations encountered during weekend hours
  • Reset alcoholic beverages at the store level (e.g., rearranging products using an authorized plan within an assigned territory/set geographic region)
  • Implement authorized plan/schematic developed by the various chain headquarters, so accuracy in evaluation, application and execution on the information provided are essential skills
  • Introduce new products, reinforce established and agreed upon case volume and display activity, and monitor in-store promotion results
  • Stay abreast of business/market conditions, recognize new opportunities within each account, maintain the necessary territory records and support the sales representative's visibility and market saturation in the account
  • Build and develop the trust and confidence of the retailer through knowledge of SGWS policies and procedures coupled with a prompt, courteous resolution of inventory discrepancies
