Who We’re Looking For

The Manager of Co-manufacturing & Sourcing plays a critical role in strengthening Himalaya’s supply foundation and profitability across dietary supplements and personal care manufacturing. This role leads supplier sourcing, negotiations, and contract management for co-manufacturers, raw materials, and packaging, with a strong focus on COGS optimization and margin expansion. Working cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Innovation and Finance teams, this role helps ensure a resilient, scalable supply base, competitive cost structures, and disciplined sourcing strategies that support long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing & Supplier Management
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard global dietary supplement and personal care co-manufacturers that meet cost, quality, capacity, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure reliable, cost-effective sourcing of raw materials and packaging materials in partnership with internal Innovation and Operations teams, as well as external co-manufacturer procurement teams.
• Build and maintain a structured supplier base for ingredients and materials, segmented by form, category, geography, and criticality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align sourcing decisions with cost, compliance, and commercialization objectives.
• Negotiation & Margin Expansion
• Lead supplier negotiations across pricing, lead times, MOQs, and capacity commitments.
• Negotiate purchasing agreements to ensure supply continuity at optimal cost.
• Conduct SKU-level and portfolio-level COGS analysis to identify and deliver sustainable margin improvement opportunities.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives through price renegotiation, alternate supplier qualification, and contract optimization.
• Support co-manufacturer procurement teams in securing competitive pricing for raw and packaging materials.
• Partner with Finance to track realized savings and overall P&L impact.
• Supplier Performance & Risk
• Manage supplier performance across cost, service levels, lead times, and supply reliability.
• Identify supply risks and implement mitigation plans, including secondary sourcing and capacity diversification.
• Lead regular supplier business reviews and report performance and savings to leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 7 to 10 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain with direct exposure to nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, or consumer health.
• Demonstrated success in supplier negotiation, cost optimization, and strategic sourcing.
• Comfortable with defining scope, objectives and charting path forward in a role that is new to the company.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to connect sourcing strategies to P&L impact. Demonstrates ability to measure and monitor performance.
• Working knowledge of cGMP as it relates to dietary supplements and cosmetics (OTC & cosmetic) including supplier qualification and compliance considerations.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards for supplements (FDA, Prop 65, Health Canada).
• Awareness of US importation requirements such as FSVP.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.

Receivers are responsible for all back room operations. Receivers must be knowledgeable of all back room policies and procedures to properly manage all incoming and outgoing freight shipments and product. Receivers must receive product in a timely manner and work with a high level of accuracy and speed. Receivers must work closely with all departments to ensure all products are merchandised neatly as per the company expectations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Support the \"Cavender's Culture\" and drive our Mission, Vision, and Values
• Receive and stock merchandise accurately to maximize productivity and efficiency
• Receive and process each electronic purchase order accurately (identify and match orders by vendor, style, size, dimension and quantity) to vendor packing slips, notating any and all discrepancies
• Receive and process each electronic transfer \"IN\" document accurately (identify and match each item by style, size, dimension and quantity) to received transfer \"OUT\" document, notating any and all discrepancies
• Properly load barcode ticket printer and perform weekly preventative maintenance on the printer
• Print tags from ticket printer on each document type, to include miscellaneous barcode printing
• Properly tag merchandise with the appropriate tools and supplies
• Inspect footwear for defects and confirm each is properly mated
• Proper placement of mate labels
• Properly file and manage all paperwork
• Properly maintain and manage back stock merchandise movement
• Process, maintain and manage return to vender and non-returnable merchandise
• Properly handle return to stock merchandise
• Receive and manage special order merchandise
• Maintain a clean and organized back room at all times
• Maintain and manage the flow and filing of all required documents
• Properly report receiving, shipping and/or system problems to the proper authorities
• Properly train and delegate all aforementioned areas to stockers
• Perform all other miscellaneous duties as assigned
• Work with supervisors to understand all actions needed to impact the desire goals set by the company. (i.e. Web order completion rate)

The Asset Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and long-term strategy of the company’s facilities, utilities, and fleet. This role ensures that all infrastructure and vehicles are maintained efficiently and cost-effectively, focusing on safety, sustainability, and operational excellence. The Asset Manager also leads contract negotiation and management for facility services, utilities, and fuel programs, ensuring alignment with budget and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Asset Management & Utilities:

• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and improvements for all company facilities and grounds.
• Manage utility operations (electricity, water, HVAC, waste management), identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve energy efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
• Manage personnel assigned to facilities including mechanics to ensure preventative maintenance schedules and emergency repair protocols.
• Manage the organization’s fleet of vehicles, including acquisition, maintenance, registration, and disposal.
• Monitor and analyze fleet performance, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement innovative programs, processes procedures that reduce overall operating costs.
• Track vehicle usage, mileage, and maintenance schedules to ensure uptime and asset longevity.
• Maintain up-to-date records on all fleet assets, inspections, and licensing requirements.
• Lead sourcing, negotiation, and execution of contracts related to facilities, utilities, and fleet operations.
• Evaluate vendor performance and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Ensure contract compliance and proper documentation for audits and legal reviews.
• Collaborate with finance and legal teams for budget planning and risk mitigation.
• Prepare and manage the facilities and fleet budget; monitor expenses and variances.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
• Provide regular reporting on KPIs, cost-saving initiatives, and operational performance.
• Support sustainability and ESG (environmental, social, governance) goals through responsible facility and fleet practices.’
• Develops and implements training and safety programs including skilled trade apprenticeship programs for emerging mechanics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in facilities and/or fleet management, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, vendor management, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with fuel usage analytics, fleet tracking systems, and contract negotiation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
• Knowledge of sustainability practices and green building standards.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
