Our client is hiring a field-based Sales Manager to lead direct sales efforts for our two extended stay hotels in Tulsa, OK, and Rogers, AR. This boots-on-the-ground role is focused on driving occupancy, building strong local relationships, and capturing extended stay business by proactively converting opportunities from competitors.
This position is ideal for a motivated self-starter with a passion for hotel sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of generating new business in competitive markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive New Business: Prospect, cold call, and conduct in-person sales visits to generate new business across Tulsa and Rogers.
- Develop Strong Client Relationships: Build and maintain lasting connections with corporate, government, military, construction, and medical accounts.
- Field Sales Focus: Conduct 3.5 4 full days per week of outside field sales activity, with a focus on field visits, account follow-ups, and networking and competitive intelligence visits to gather actionable insights on local market trends and competitor activity.
- Maximize Revenue Opportunities: Identify and pursue group bookings, extended stay, and long-term stay opportunities.
- Sales Tracking & Reporting: Maintain an active sales pipeline, track results, and report activity weekly via HubSpot CRM.
- Collaborate with Hotel Leadership: Work with General Managers and Revenue Management to optimize rates, availability, and accounting strategies.
- Represent the Brand: Professionally represent Affordable Suites of America at community events, networking functions, and in the local business community.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-5 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in the extended stay segment.
- Demonstrated success generating and closing new business through proactive sales efforts.
- Knowledge of Tulsa, OK and/or Northwest Arkansas markets or ability to quickly learn market dynamics.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

The Health and Safety Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing safety programs to ensure compliance with all local, state, federal and client-based health and safety regulations on the construction project site. This role involves identifying hazards, conducting risk assessments, leading safety training, and enforcing safety policies to prevent accidents and injuries. The Project Health and Safety Manager will collaborate with Branch and Project management, subcontractors, and craft employees to promote a strong safety culture, investigate incidents, and ensure corrective actions are implemented. The position plays a critical role in protecting personnel, property, and the organization while supporting successful project delivery. This position will sit out of Springdale, AR. Travel will be required as needed.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with the development, implementation and maintenance of the project Health and Safety Management Plan.
- Develop and deliver site-specific safety orientation for all employees, subcontractors, and visitors.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, federal and client-specific health and safety regulations.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and prepare required reports.
- Liaise, as necessary, between the Company, client, insurance carriers and regulatory agencies to provide assistance and resolution regarding audits, remedial actions, worker’s compensation claims and other Health and Safety related issues.
- Coordinate health and safety efforts with project management, subcontractors, and site supervisors.
- Conduct routine site safety inspections and audits to identify hazards, unsafe actions and ensure appropriate control measures are implemented.
- Monitor project safety performance and key indicators to provide recommendations to Project Management and Field Supervision when necessary to meet Company Health and Safety standards and goals.
- Attend and participate in project management specific meetings to provide safety input.
- Attend weekly toolbox talk meetings and pre-shift safety briefs.
- Organize and conduct safety training sessions required by regulation or Company Health and Safety policy.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications - Related Education, Experience & Skills
- 7-10+ years of Safety and Construction experience and OSHA 510/500 certificate
- CSHT and CSP safety certification preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state, federal and client-specific health and safety regulations.
- Ability to provide strong mentorship skills, fostering the growth and competence of less experienced project Health and Safety team members.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Assist in the generation of comprehensive weekly and monthly reports
• Utilize internal sales data and customer-specific point of sale (POS) information to develop actionable insights, strategies, and tactics
• Monitor and provide valuable insights on product modular performance
• Analyze and closely monitor business results, such as sales, market share, and retail impact, comparing them against established objectives using available tools
• Actively participate in customer meetings, offering analytical input and meticulously documenting proceedings
• Provide analytical support to ensure accurate demand forecasting
• Attend weekly demand planning meetings, collaborating with logistics, transportation, and production teams to optimize product flow, minimize excess inventory, and meet Walmart's specific order requirements
• Assist in the preparation of meetings with Walmart, including sample management, product layout, and other essential tasks
• Offer physical support during modular setup and takedown activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience. Previous experience with Walmart is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills, enabling you to identify key trends and present concise insights
• Excellent interpersonal skills, allowing you to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Restaurant Staff responsibilities include:
