About the RoleOur Operations team is the backbone of how we move products safely, efficiently, and reliably to our partners. Whether working inside the warehouse or out on the road, these roles help ensure that orders are prepared accurately, delivered on time, and handled with care.

Opportunities within our operations team can include roles such as Warehouse Associate, Picker/Packer, Inventory Associate, Delivery Driver, and other operational support positions.
Team members in these roles support a variety of important functions across our fulfillment and delivery operations. Depending on the position, responsibilities may include picking and packing orders, inventory management, quality assurance, loading and unloading shipments, coordinating deliveries, or safely transporting products to customers and partner locations.

ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities will vary depending on the role, but may include:
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment or delivery
- Loading and unloading products safely and efficiently
- Supporting inventory management, cycle counts, and quality checks
- Maintaining organized, clean, and safe warehouse work areas
- Coordinating delivery schedules and communicating with team members or partners
- Safely transporting products to customers or between warehouse locations (driver roles)
- Troubleshooting operational issues and escalating concerns when needed
- Providing excellent customer service when interacting with internal teams, vendors, or delivery partners
- Following company policies, operational procedures, and safety guidelines
- Supporting daily operational goals and assisting with additional warehouse tasks as needed

A rapidly scaling, techβforward distribution company is seeking a Shift Managers to support an established, highβvolume facility. This is a new role. This is an onβsite position and open to local candidates only.
Compensation: $70,000β$90,000
2nd Shift: 1:30 PM β 10:00 PM

Role Overview
The Shift Manager will oversee all warehouse operations on their shift, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in a fastβpaced, highβgrowth environment. This individual must be highly organized, strong with numbers and Excel, and comfortable navigating ambiguity while leading a team.
The role reports to the New York Director of Operations and works closely with other hubs, including the Bronx warehouse (CDL driver operations).
Key Responsibilities
β’ 30+ direct reports, including a supervisor
β’ Lead and manage shiftβlevel warehouse and fulfillment operations, including inbound and outbound workflows
β’ Ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment and maintain SLA compliance
β’ Track daily volume, throughput, and team performance; coach and develop associates and supervisors
β’ Maintain and improve SOPs; ensure adherence across the shift
β’ Forecast staffing needs and manage scheduling
β’ Communicate effectively with internal teams, partners, and vendors
β’ Collaborate with Central Operations, People, and other departments to ensure seamless operations
β’ Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to inventory tracking and reporting
β’ Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data, analytics, and technology
β’ Maintain operational stability during highβpressure or rapidly changing conditions
KPI Ownership
Shift Managers are responsible for shiftβlevel KPIs and monthly reporting to the NY Director of Ops. They must understand how shift metrics connect to companyβwide OKRs and individual performance.

As an Automated Logistical Specialist, similar to a laborer or freight mover, youβll perform maintenance management and warehouse functions in order to maintain equipment records. Youβll oversee incoming supplies and equipment, simplify and standardize maintenance data, and raise the quality and accuracy of performance, cost, and parts data through improved maintenance management.
Skills youβll learn align with Record Keeping, Data Collection & Analysis, Stocking and Storage. In addition, you could earn 8 nationally recognized certifications!
