Priority Waste, headquartered in Clinton Township, Michigan, provides waste hauling services. The company has experienced rapid growth since its founding in 2018. This growth has allowed us to continually expand our workforce. The Company operates out of several facilities, including two transfer stations. Priority Waste maintains a diversified platform providing service to both municipal solid-waste, construction and demolition customers. Through our yellow fleet of residential, roll off, and front load trucks and containers, Priority Waste makes the customer experience our #1 priority.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Performs pre and post trip inspections of truck
- Operates truck in accordance with OSHA and DOT requirements as well as all local, municipal, state, and federal laws
- Mounts and dismounts a heavy-duty truck many times each day
- Completes assigned residential route daily, leaving the customers location free of debris
- Professionally communicates with customers as needed
- Notifies Route Manager/Dispatch of any accidents, injuries, property damage, or any other incidents
- Notifies Route Manager/Dispatch of any service interruptions such as closed lots, blocked containers, safety hazards etc
- Identifies and reports all containers in need of repair/replacement
- Attends training programs, briefings, and meetings as required
- Communicates customer requests to Route Manager/Dispatch
- Immediately communicates mechanical problems to Mechanic and Supervisor
- Maintains cleanliness of vehicle
- Maintains professional appearance
The successful candidate profile includes:
- Must possess a valid Class A or Class B CDL
- 1-year experience operating a front end load truck preferred
- 1-year experience in solid waste industry preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Must be able to pass criminal background check, physical and DOT drug screen
- Must have safe driving record, including no avoidable accidents in the past five years
- Must have ability to communicate professionally with customers, dispatch and internal customer service
- Must be able to sit, kneel, crouch, stoop, crawl, balance, hear, talk and smell
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
- May be required to work in emergency situations
- Must be able to work 5 am to 5 pm

What You Will Do
Receive job assignments and special instructions from the supervisor.
Escalate issues such as unresolved repairs, safety concerns, and part availability.
Follow safety standards including electrical safety, Lock-Out/Tag-Out, confined space, and fall protection.
Perform diagnostic, troubleshooting, adjustment, repair, and preventive maintenance on electrical equipment up to 480V.
Troubleshoot and repair various equipment including robots, CNC machinery, paint systems, chemical processing lines, shotpeen machines, test equipment, and grinders.
Maintain facility areas in a functional and clean condition.
Update and report on preventive maintenance tasks, noting any issues or improvements needed.
Use test equipment to diagnose maintenance issues.
Build, fabricate, or modify equipment as needed, including welding.
Install and move machinery and equipment as directed.
Operate PIVs like forklifts, golf carts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts.
Report equipment problems to the supervisor and order necessary materials and parts.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment; clean up after completing tasks or shifts.
Notify the operator/area supervisor and maintenance supervisor upon completing assignments.
Attend training and meetings, and perform other duties as assigned.
Retrieve items from the tool crib and complete necessary forms.
Turn in removed parts as required.
Provide detailed updates on completed or in-process work to peers and supervisors.
Maintain and update equipment maintenance documentation.
Inspect tools and equipment before use to ensure safety.
Perform inspections and audits as directed.
Carry out general maintenance activities and other functions based on qualifications. You will be required to perform mathematical calculations requiring addition, subtraction, multiplication or division and pass a pre-employment qualification test.
You will be required to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions, drawings (Electrical & Mechanical), equipment manuals, and other support documentation (process/technical).

Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a HS Diploma or GED
Experience working with technical documents (including any of the following: routings, blueprints, Engineering process specifications, written work instructions.)
Experience in CNC machining, electrical circuits and controls, PLC logic, automation, rigging, fabrication, lubrication, mechanical components and systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, and tooling.
Experience with CMMS to receive, complete, and document repairs/PMs/parts used as needed to ensure a complete equipment history and service records.
Experience, in a similar industrial environment that includes high voltage installation and troubleshooting, engineering, or related technical field.

Med Tech Responsibilities
- Administer medication to residents based on resident medical charts. Follow protocols regarding documenting medication and restocking the med carts.
- Help with the Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) for residents, including toileting, showering, assisting with meals, light cleaning, showering, and other essential daily activities.
- Participate in shift change meetings to communicate with oncoming associates regarding resident status or special needs.
- Assist with janitorial tasks as needed.
- Act as a shift supervisor to ensure resident care needs are being properly met.
- Assist Caregivers during shifts with transfers and any other duties necessary.
- Work with physicians and the pharmacy to make sure that medication is ordered properly.

Job Summary The Senior Program Manager, International Student Recruitment is the subject matter expert (SME) and key driver for the development and implementation of a strategic student outreach/recruitment campaign to attract qualified applicants in designated world regions on behalf of NYU Abu Dhabi (NYUAD).
This position has primary responsibility to develop specific regional plans to drive student applications to NYUAD, optimize initiatives and activities to enhance the student application pool, conduct data-driven impact analysis of recruitment activities on application targets from each region, and develop focused reports to communicate success and strategies to change approaches as required.
This position is responsible for management of operations, personnel, and budget allocations of the IIE/NYUAD Program, including supervision of direct reports (3), international contractors through a third-party Employer of Record (EOR) (4), and a dotted-line (matrix) reporting structure for outreach officers in IIE International Offices (4).
The Senior Program Manager represents IIE/NYUAD in interactions with NYUAD admissions leadership and team members.
Essential Functions: Manages the daily activities of the NYUAD program, including overseeing operations, budget allocations, personnel, and policy decision-making.
Provides guidance and direction to a global team of international recruitment professionals to achieve program deliverables including accountability of each team deliverables in five different world regions.
Manages employment of outreach officers through an EOR, including establishment, maintenance, and tracking of processes for payroll, expenses, reimbursements, vendor payment, and PTO.
Oversees the development of an international recruitment plan and strategy to identify and recruit a competitive and diverse international student applicants for all academic programs prioritizing students from regions relevant to the Scope of Work.
