Inpatient and/or outpatient (flexible).  1:4 call.  Types of patients: stroke, CVOR, neurosurgical, and amputees.  State-of-the-art rehab gym.  Competitive base salary consistent with MGMA guidelines.  Production and sign-on bonuses.  Loan repayment.  EPIC EMR.  One hour from Chicago and two international airports.  Large in-house referral base.  Full network of support services.  Generous paid time off.

Volume is around 34,000 with 46 hours of coverage with a fast track.

Flexible shifts available.

12 hours of physician double coverage and 8 hours of triple coverage.

Negotiable hourly rate based on experience, core measures and EMR.
