The Role
- Handle M&A transactions: due diligence, drafting/reviewing agreements, coordinating deal workstreams

Compensation
- Base salary $150,000 – $200,000 (DOE)

Must-Haves
- 5–7 years of corporate transactional experience (M&A required)
- Active Illinois Bar license
- Stable work history (no excessive job hopping)
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills

- Representative transaction list or deal sheet showing M&A depth
- Experience with mid-market or entrepreneurial clients
