Job Responsibilities: Lead medical care and oversee interdisciplinary teams across Diagnostic and Treatment Centers Ensure delivery of quality ambulatory services and support site directors Participate in multidisciplinary activities like case conferences and family/team meetings Oversee staffing, provider coverage, and recruitment of new providers Supervise policies, procedures, and call schedule development Drive quality improvement initiatives and manage population health Collaborate with external medical organizations and support clinical review activities Provide clinical coverage when needed and ensure compliance with managed care principles Lead educational and professional development programs for providers Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited medical school Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice (Geriatrics preferred) Minimum 3 years of staff supervision and experience in value-based care or managed care Experience with elderly populations or training through PACE programs Active and unrestricted NY State medical license Medicaid and Medicare Provider IDs in good standing
