We are seeking a detail-oriented Project & Process Coordinator to support interviewer enablement and operational excellence within Talent Acquisition Operations. This role ensures interviewer training compliance, documentation integrity, and effective coordination of TA initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Interviewer Enablement & Compliance
- Manage interviewer training and certification lifecycle, including tracking enrollment, completion, and compliance
- Maintain accurate certification records and conduct regular audits
- Generate compliance reporting and escalate gaps as needed
- Serve as point of contact for interviewer training and logistics inquiries
Process Management & Documentation
- Own and maintain operational documentation library
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure alignment with current policies and systems
- Update materials in response to process or system changes
- Develop SOPs, job aids, and training resources to address identified gaps
Project & Operational Support
- Coordinate TA projects, track timelines, and manage deliverables

Senior Salesforce Product Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Product Manager to lead the strategic evolution of our Salesforce ecosystem. This role will own the vision, roadmap, and execution of Salesforce as a core enterprise platform, ensuring it scales with the organization and supports long-term operational excellence and customer experience goals.
This individual will evaluate, recommend, and drive adoption of Salesforce productsβincluding Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agentforce as well as key AppExchange solutions. You will partner closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand complex business processes, identify workflow inefficiencies, and translate needs into scalable, user-centered Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmapping
β Own and maintain the Salesforce product roadmap aligned with organizational goals and departmental priorities.
β Evaluate and recommend Salesforce clouds, features, and AppExchange applications, including cost-benefit analysis and implementation feasibility.
β Identify capability gaps and propose scalable platform enhancements to support growth and operational efficiency.
Cross-Department Workflow Optimization
β Partner with operations, customer support, sales, and executive leadership to understand current-state workflows.
β Translate business challenges into Salesforce-driven solutions using configuration, automation, Flows, packaged apps, or integrations.
β Standardize and optimize complex, cross-functional processes within Salesforce to improve efficiency, consistency, and user experience.
Implementation Leadership

Qualifications
Required

What We Are Looking For:
CoStar is seeking a Senior Product Manager to continue our momentum of rapid growth. In this role, you will spearhead the development of the product roadmap and delivery of new product features and enhancements across our suite of Leasing Products. This includes defining and documenting user stories, writing & reviewing acceptance criteria, development resource management, and scheduling. You'll also be responsible for user testing, working with our Marketing team to develop collateral and other materials for product launch, and executing thoughtful roll-out strategies. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organize user testing, collect feedback and organize into actionable development priorities.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

- Familiarity with the needs and demands of those working in commercial real estate.
- Dedication to understanding user needs through research, feedback, and data analysis, with a focus on delivering solutions that provide value and enhance the user experience.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with -functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support, to drive product development and adoption.
- Experience managing sprint schedules and resources in an agile-scrum development environment.
