EMR System: Epic Key Responsibilities: Administer anesthesia for a wide range of surgical procedures, including general anesthesia, spinal anesthesia, and regional anesthesia.
Manage and evaluate acute volume/BP issues, with skills in ventilation management.
Perform procedures such as central line and arterial line placements.
Supervise a team of CRNAs with a 1:3 or 1:4 supervision ratio.
Engage with Student Registered Nurse Anesthetists (SRNAs) on site.
Qualifications: Licensed in Pennsylvania or possessing an Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) license.
Certifications in ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS.
Experience in a level 1 trauma center is preferred but not required.
Comfortable responding to codes and handling a variety of cases.
Cardiac and obstetrical anesthesia experience is a plus, though not mandatory.
