Cerclage Preferred Assignment Details

Practice setting: Office and inpatient

Average patients per day: 27

Physicians in practice: 1 per site (2-provider service across two facilities)

APP support: 1 NP rotating between sites

Exam rooms: 3

Onsite ultrasound: Yes (GE 10)

Support staff: RN clinic educator, sonographer, genetic counselor, front office team

Low-risk pregnancy volume: 5%

High-risk pregnancy volume: 95%

Nursery level: III
