The client is offering an opportunity for two accomplished nurse executives to join their executive leadership team as the inaugural Senior Vice Presidents of Nursing, Associate Chief Nursing Officers.

These roles are central to overseeing nursing operations within a large, diverse, and fast-paced quaternary health system. As part of the leadership team, the SVPs will ensure clinical quality, safety, and patient-centered care across a 953-bed essential hospital.

The goal is to advance strategic directions to enhance service delivery in a dynamic community, while supporting the Chief Nursing Executive in attaining objectives related to quality, safety, patient experience, and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities for the SVP positions include providing strategic and operational leadership by aligning nursing excellence with the clients mission of high-quality, compassionate care.

The roles demand leading initiatives for nursing quality and safety, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies like the Joint Commission and CMS. Workforce development and creating a culture of belonging and professional growth for nurses are critical.

Additionally, the SVPs will represent nursing leadership in broader hospital initiatives, emphasizing health equity and serving underserved communities.

Qualified applicants should have a Masters degree in Nursing or Hospital Administration, with a Doctorate preferred. An active RN license in Georgia or eligibility to obtain one is necessary, alongside a minimum of seven years of progressive nursing leadership experience.
