Position Summary
The Master Scheduler is responsible for developing and maintaining the master production schedule to ensure efficient production flow, alignment with customer demand, and achievement of on-time delivery targets. - Release production work orders and ensure timely progression through all manufacturing stages.

- Maintain customer safety stock levels to ensure proper inventory coverage while minimizing excess inventory.
- Oversee customer consignment accounts, ensuring accurate replenishment, inventory tracking, and documentation.
- Coordinate subcontracted production activities, including scheduling, communication, and delivery alignment.
- Lead the daily production planning meeting, communicating schedule updates, constraints, and operational priorities.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Terminal Operator safely operates all equipment at the location used to load and unload rail cars, boats and/or trucks, ensuring order accuracy and expeditious processing of requests.
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
- Terminal Operators need the ability to communicate with Terminal Managers, customers, sales personnel, trucking firms and suppliers.

- Carry out tasks related to loading/unloading material, both bulk and bagged, waterway and road methods of transportation, as appropriate for the specific location.
- Operate and conduct general maintenance on mobile equipment and assist with general mechanical maintenance.
