The ideal candidate will have litigation experience and be comfortable working with employers on employment counseling and compliance issues. Corporate transactional and/or construction experience are considered advantageous. The attorney will play a key role in serving our clients and contributing to the growth of our practice.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel and representation to employers on a wide range of labor and employment law matters, including but not limited to discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour issues, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
