JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the verification testing, diagnosing and repairing of electronic circuit board assemblies.

First Shift: Monday - Friday 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

ยท Diagnose and repair to basic powered functional test failures (power, traffic, network issues) to a component level on electronic circuit board assemblies while maintaining minimal quantities of Engineering and Component hold assemblies.

Duties and Responsibilities

As an Air Interdiction Agent (AIA) you will perform aviation-based law enforcement operations for the detection, prevention, interdiction, and apprehension of terrorists, terrorist weapons, and other contraband and persons from illegally entering or attacking the United States. Typical duties include:

  • Conducting air patrol, surveillance, and pursuit activities related to the interdiction of smuggled contraband via land vehicles, aircraft, or vessels.
  • Monitoring behavior patterns and activities of suspect persons, vehicles, or vessels believed to be engaged in illegal activities.
  • Collecting, refining, and analyzing strategic and tactical intelligence.
  • Supporting search and rescue and humanitarian efforts.

Salary and Benefits

Begin your career as an Air Interdiction Agent (AIA) and make up to $85,270 to - $110,846 per year based on your qualifications for the GS-11 grade level and possible extra compensation based on your duty location (see below).

Recruitment Incentive:New hires may be eligible to receive a one-time Recruitment Incentive payout of $10,000 after completing Federal Law Enforcement Training Academy (FLETC) (1 year service agreement will need to be completed) (Recruitment Incentive is only available to new Federal employees as described in 5 CFR 575.102. Qualifications

Experience:You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized professional aviation experience performing duties such as:

  • Flying as a Pilot-in-Command or sole manipulator in an airplane and helicopter in all environments of flight, including night, poor weather, unfavorable terrain, low altitudes, or speed.
  • Evaluating information rapidly and making judicious decisions promptly during in-flight operations.
  • Developing strategies and coordinating aircraft and ground assets.
  • Using information systems and databases to conduct information surveys, queries, update files and disseminate information.
  • Experience may include Operation of an aircraft as Captain, Pilot in Command, Aircraft Commander, First Officer, Certified Flight Instructor, Second in Command, or Co-pilot.

Hiring Minimums:

Certification & Ratings: A current FAA Commercial or ATP Pilot Certification with one of the following ratings:

  • Dual Rated: Airplane (Single-engine land or multi-engine land) with instrument rating AND Rotorcraft Helicopter with instrument rating.
  • Airplane Rated: Airplane (Single-engine land or multi-engine land) with instrument.
  • Helicopter Rated: Rotorcraft Helicopter with instrument rating.
  • Equivalent military rating of the above at the time of application (eligibility based on military flight experience must provide official orders, forms or logbooks showing their status as a rated military pilot).

Flight Hours: Pilot Enter on Duty minimums are 1500 flight hours; (up to 500 hours can be waived, reducing the pilot enter on duty minimums to 1000 hours.

250 Pilot-in-Command hours; 75 Instrument hours; 75 Night hours (Flight Hour Waiver available, see Required Documents); and 100 Flight hours in the last 12 months This qualification requirement is currently being waived by OPM through August 5, 2025.

FAA Class 2 medical required for assessment dated within the last 12 calendar months; FAA Class 1, FAA Class 2 or Military medical flight clearance dated within the last 12 months qualifies to start the pre-employment process for the AIA position.

Apply at 750 hours total time: Applicants applying at 750 flight hours are required to obtain at least 1,000 flight hours (depending on the number of hours approved for a waiver) at their own expense before being able to attend the 3-part flight assessment. Applicants must still meet 250 Pilot-in-Command, 75 instrument, and 75-night hours (100 flight hours in the last 12 months. This qualification requirement is currently being waived by OPM through August 4, 2026)

UAS Flight Hours:Applicants may include UAS Predator A (MQ-1), Predator B (MQ-9) flight hours and Predator A (MQ-1), Predator B (MQ-9) or predator-based flight hours. These hours may be credited towards satisfying the ""Total flight time"" 1,500 flight hour requirement only. UAS hours do not count towards the 250 flight hours as a Pilot in Command, 75 flight hours Instrument, and 75 flight hours Night. Flight hour logbooks will be required at the time of your Flight Assessment for verification.

Other Requirements

Citizenship: You must be a U.S. Citizen to apply for this position.

Residency: You must have had primary U.S. residency (includes protectorates as declared under international law) for at least three of the last five years.

Duties and Responsibilities

About the Role



What you will do





  • Own the process for building payer relationships, identifying payer requirements for connection, translating requirements into user stories for the development team, coordinating implementation and testing, and ensuring the payer connection is successful in production.

The purpose of a Community Health Worker (CHW) at Oak Street Health is to act as the bridge between our patients, community, and medical systems in order to remove barriers and increase wellness across all life domains. A CHW is a patientโ€™s advocate or liaison, accompanying patients through proactive in-person and phone outreach based on their care needs to promote health literacy and increase access to resources needed to live healthier lives. High levels of flexibility, problem solving, strong communication, and an intimate knowledge of the community served are required to be successful.

CHWs work closely with Medical Social Workers to manage patient care plans, support care team decision making, and coordinate clinical and complementary services needed to provide high quality health care and improve the quality and cultural competence of service delivery. CHWs are expected to work within their scope of practice. There is no expected clinical license for this position.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with patients, community organizations, team members, and partners to coordinate patient needs
  • Manage patient referrals defined by the care team & collaborate with the Medical Social Worker on action plan
  • Facilitate communication between all identified parties involved in patientsโ€™ care as needed (e.g., family members, caregivers, medical providers, community-based organizations)
  • Form relationships with and build an inventory of local community organizations that may benefit our patients
  • Connect patients to state and local community resources related to housing, transportation, food, and activities of daily living among other social and physical barriers to health.
  • Assist patients with completion of applications for accessing eligible benefits and resources
  • Promote goal setting and achievement to improve patientsโ€™ quality of life and self efficacy with patients. Goal definitions are agreed upon by the care team
  • Meet with patients in patient-centered and patient-preferred locations (e.g., Oak Street Health center, patientโ€™s home, external medical provider facility, community setting)
  • Community Health Workers should plan to spend about half of their time outside of the center in patient-centered locations; this means having access to a reliable means of transportation to do so is required
  • Drive engagement with high risk individuals (e.g., completed specialty appointments, adherence to Post Discharge Visits) may include accompaniment to appointments
  • Complete referrals to organizations and agencies as needed
  • Deliver culturally appropriate health education in the areas where OSH has provided competency training to the CHW
  • Support care team decision making through participation in interdisciplinary team meetings
  • Document interactions with patients in electronic medical record in a timely manner while maintaining HIPAA standards and confidentiality of protected health information
  • Manage time, set priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary medical team
  • Other duties as assigned

What weโ€™re looking for

Required:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare, community-based, case management, or social service environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Dedication to serving the community and building meaningful relationships
  • Proficient computer skills (i.e. Windows, GSuite, Microsoft, etc.)
  • Access to reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the community to various locations
  • US work authorization

Strongly Preferred:

  • Fluency in language that is commonly spoken in the community when necessary. Most often this will include Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Experience working on multidisciplinary teams with organizations, agencies, patients, and community members
  • Knowledge of community resources and resource navigation

Preferred:

  • Community Health Worker certification or Associates or Bachelors in a related field is a plus
  • Experience utilizing electronic medical record systems
  • A problem-solving orientation and a flexible and positive attitude

SUMMARY

Budget Analyst is responsible for fund-level capital planning, funding execution, and financial analysis in support of portfolio performance and investment objectives. The role oversees the funding and approval of capital, redevelopment, and facility budgets; oversees purchase orders and budget revisions; and delivers financial modeling, reporting, and performance analysis to support capital allocation and value creation decisions. The analyst ensures compliance with established approval frameworks and financial controls while partnering with Capital and cross-functional teams to align project execution with fund return targets. This role requires strong judgment, analytical rigor, and the ability to manage complex, dynamic workflows. Reports to the Budget Manager, Capital Administration.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in the annual fund budgeting and reforecasting processes at the direction of the Sr Director
  • Aggregate and analyze project- and component-level cost data to support fund-level financial analysis and decision-making
  • Work with Asset Management Team to analyze portfolio-level performance and partner with Capital teams to ensure projects align with fund financial objectives and return targets.
  • Develop (at the direction of the Sr. Director and with Capital Solutions and Operations Finance) tracking tools and perform variance analysis to support performance / spend monitoring and strategic decision-making.
  • At direction of Sr Director, assist in development of, and own recurring delivery of, monthly, quarterly, and annual fund-level financial dashboards and tracking tools.
  • Apply a data-driven, value-oriented approach to portfolio management by evaluating revenue opportunities and supporting major capital investment decisions
  • Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and reporting for senior management


Acquisition Diligence

  • Oversight and Ownership of the Capital Diligence / Acquisition Tracker workspace in Smartsheet, including updating of deal timing, and cataloging of all associated attachments and supporting documentation.
  • Track and document open deal issues and follow-up items to support timely resolution throughout the diligence process
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication among internal stakeholders, operators, and vendors to ensure alignment during diligence
  • Coordinate property site visits with Capital Diligence (CD) and IT (Investment Team) Deal team members
  • Support the development and ongoing maintenance of 10-year capital plans for new acquisitions and existing fund assets
  • Assist in developing and refining capital expenditure scopes and budgets in collaboration with Operators, Capital Projects, and Asset Management teams
  • Collect, organize, and maintain property condition reports, compliance documentation, and capital expenditure materials within Smartsheet and SharePoint
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive post-closing handoff packages to Capital Projects and Asset Management teams
