Sodexo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Chef to lead culinary operations at McLean Hospital, the nation’s #1 ranked freestanding psychiatric hospital, located in Belmont, Massachusetts, just minutes from Boston.

This is a highly visible leadership role within a prestigious healthcare environment known for excellence, innovation, and compassionate care. In this role, the Executive Chef will oversee all culinary operations across the campus, including inpatient dining, retail cafeteria services, residential programs, and catering.

• Lead a 14 member culinary team
• Inventory management including procurement
• Menu planning and recipe adherence

• Ensuring compliance with HACCP and sanitation standards

Summary: The Registered Nurse is responsible and accountable for planning and providing patient care for patients in accordance with established Nursing Standards of Care. They demonstrate initiative, knowledge and clinical skills in caring for patients with complex needs. They effectively manage patients by assuming full responsibility for the assessment, plan, implementation and evaluation of nursing care. 

Qualifications/Requirements:

Education/Training: A graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN Preferred.
Licensure: Current or conditional MA RN Licensure required
Certifications: Maintains current American Heart Association BLS
Work Experience: A minimum of two years current ambulatory nursing required. In addition, pediatric and OB/GYN experience is required for family sites.

Highlights include a state-of-the-art patient triage and tracking system, a streamlined admission process that helps us get the sickest patients to a hospital bed sooner, rapid assessment protocol to help prioritize our work, a BIDMC tele-stroke program, and an integrated Psychiatric Emergency Services at Cambridge Hospital. 

The Emergency Department RN will be responsible for the following: Will provide quality care to acute patients and their families according to Cambridge Health Alliance standards of nursing practice. Will assess, plan, implement, and document patient care in a professional manner. Will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This is a fast-paced, high-pressure, constantly changing environment with rapid patient turnover. 

Qualifications/Experience

RN must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred.

Current Massachusetts RN license required

American Heart Association BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications required. 

TNCC preferred.

• Provide advanced medical care and operational services for Marine Reconnaissance, USMC Special Operations Forces and Navy Special Operations Command personnel, like SWCC and SEALs
• Engage as a team member in direct action, special reconnaissance, foreign internal defense and unconventional warfare

• Rescue patients and deliver emergency care from the back of a helicopter
• Perform aircrew duties and En Route Care (ERC) for routine illness and emergent patients
