Position Summary

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and overseeing the Sales Department for a residential homebuilding company. This role ensures alignment with company objectives, delivers exceptional customer experiences, and maintains full compliance with Georgia real estate laws. 1. Leadership & Team Development

  • Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor a high-performing team of on-site New Home Sales Agents

Qualifications & Experience

  • Active Georgia Real Estate License reguired
  • Georgia Broker License preferred (or must be obtained within six months of hire)
