We are seeking an Associate or Special Counsel (off-track) to join a health law practice focused on managed care and pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) matters. This role supports clients across the health care and pharmaceutical supply chain, including health plans, payors, PBMs, and related service providers, with a strong emphasis on complex commercial contracting.

What You’ll Do
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of PBM-related and managed care commercial agreements, including:
PBM services agreements
Rebate and pharmaceutical pricing agreements
Pharmacy network and vendor contracts
Other agreements supporting pharmacy benefit operations
Lead and support the full contracting lifecycle for PBM procurements on behalf of health plans and payors
Advise clients on health plan operations, regulatory frameworks, and contract administration issues

The Manufacturing Engineering Manager is responsible for building and leading a high-performing Manufacturing Engineering organization supporting Phase 2 and Phase 3 clinical manufacturing of a highly automated pharmaceutical–medical device combination product manufactured in ISO Class 5 isolator environments and will report to the VP of Manufacturing.
This role provides technical leadership for process development transfer, equipment integration, MES/electronic batch record implementation, validation execution (IQ/OQ/PQ), and establishment of scalable GMP manufacturing systems. The position requires strong problem-solving capability, hands-on leadership, and the ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced startup environment transitioning to late-stage clinical readiness.
Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers and engineering technicians. Recruit, mentor, and performance-manage engineering staff and manufacturing technicians.
- Develop training frameworks for GMP technicians and operators supporting highly automated production lines.
- Lead transfer and integration activities of highly automated manufacturing systems, including custom automation and OEM equipment.
- Develop and execute Master Validation Plans (MVPs) covering facilities, utilities, process equipment, and ancillary systems for operation in Grade A/ISO Class 5 isolator-based manufacturing environments.
- Lead generation, review, and approval of Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), Performance Qualification (PQ), and Process Validation (PV) protocols
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure traceability between URS, design specifications, FAT/SAT, and qualification protocols.
- Oversee implementation and lifecycle management of, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Electronic Batch Records (EBR), Equipment data acquisition systems, Integrated automation platforms
- Develop SOPs, work instructions, maintenance procedures, and engineering documentation to support validated operations.
- Lead structured root cause investigations (e.g., deviation investigations, CAPAs, equipment failures, yield excursions).
- Apply engineering rigor and statistical methods to improve process capability and equipment performance.
- Scale processes from early clinical manufacturing through Phase 3 readiness, ensuring process robustness and repeatability by the implementation of KPIs for, OEE, Throughput, Yield, Deviation rate, Batch release cycle time, Validation execution timelines
- Partner with Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain to ensure phase-appropriate compliance and scalability.
- Foster a culture of accountability, urgency, technical rigor, and continuous improvement driving operational readiness for increasing clinical demand.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
- 8–12+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device manufacturing.
- Minimum 3–5 years of people management experience leading engineers and/or technicians.

What You’ll Do
- Provide outpatient and inpatient gastroenterology care
- Perform routine endoscopic procedures including EGD and colonoscopy
- Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of GI conditions such as:
- GERD
- Liver disease
- IBS & IBD
- GI bleeding
- Participate in a rotating inpatient call schedule
- Collaborate with tertiary GI specialists for advanced referrals
- Work alongside advanced practice providers, GI nursing staff, and anesthesia support
Optional Academic Involvement
For those interested, opportunities may include:
- Teaching medical students and residents
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives
- Engaging in research or scholarly collaboration
Academic engagement is welcomed but not required.
What We’re Looking For
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited GI Fellowship
- Eligible for medical licensure in Massachusetts

What You’ll Do
- Deliver 1:1, 40-minute personalized care rooted in evidence-based practice
- Create and progress individualized treatment plans tailored to long-term recovery and performance
- Treat a diverse caseload including orthopedic, post-op, and sport-specific conditions
- Track and celebrate patient progress through detailed assessments and documentation
- Collaborate closely with fellow PTs, support staff, and referring providers for fully integrated care
- Educate, empower, and motivate patients and families inside and outside the clinic
- Contribute to our culture of innovation — including clinical projects, community events, digital content, and team development
What We’re Looking For
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s Degree from an accredited program
- Valid Massachusetts PT license (or ability to obtain)
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics strongly preferred
- Strong clinical foundation in anatomy, physiology, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercise
- Excellent communicator who can motivate, connect, and lead patients through the recovery journey
- Independent, self-driven clinician who thrives in a collaborative, growth-oriented team

- POSITION DESCRIPTION
- Under the supervision of the VP of Operations and Clinical Director of Psychology, provides evaluation and treatment of patients with behavioral health issues via Tele Health.
- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Maintain a patient caseload - provide diagnostic evaluations, counseling, supportive care, and therapy behavioral management
- Work as a member of the interdisciplinary team assigned to the facility
- Participate in case reviews and consultations
- Complete patient notes in our Electronic Health Records system
- Commit to a full day of service at assigned facilities for hours hired to work
- Participate in staff meetings as appropriate
- Administer psychological and cognitive test measures under the supervision of a Licensed Clinical Psychologist
