Manage timely resolution of all critical and/or complex problems meeting SLA requirements
Experience with HAIPE/TACLANE and other military COMSEC/CRYPTO equipment and procedures.

DUTIES
Analyze and interpret clearly complex blueprints, GD&T, 3D Models, manufacturing parameters, specifications, Special Manufacturing requirements, and associated documentation including all commercial and private specifications and drawings.
Research and apply all applicable MIL, AMS, ASTM, QQ, and customer-specific requirements.
Identify manufacturability issues, drawing/model discrepancies, and incorrect material/finish callouts and communicate with the customer when required
Coordinate with Programming Manager to establish machining sequence and fixturing needs.
Prepare original manufacturing routers that accurately reflect machining operations, outside processing, finish build-ups, tolerances, and inspection requirements.
Coordinate with Engineering Technician to establish sketches required and processing/plating build-up allowances needed.
Coordinate with Quality to identify required inspection tooling, or special gaging.
Coordinate with Quality Manager for any inspection devices / tools that may need to be purchased.
Work with Assembly to define assembly sequences, hardware identification, and required tools/fixtures
Review and approve vendor data to assure manufacturing pertinent requirements are attained.
Contact the customer and resolve any discrepancies in drawings, models, Special Manufacturing Instructions, or Purchase Order instructions.
Prepare original manufacturing planning process instruction sheets along with outlines that integrate vendors, data, processes, materials, and technology to acquire manufacturing and delivery.

- Develop and design customized environmental solutions and collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposed solutions align with customer goals.
- Advanced knowledge of the Company’s available services, lines of business, pricing structures, and recommend additional products and services as appropriate to assigned existing customers.
- Ensure utilization of CRM on a daily basis. Monitor schedules and documents of all activities such as calls, meetings, proposals and develop robust information profiles on prospective customers to facilitate acquisition of new customers.
- Develop and maintain an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends in designated markets to anticipate changing customer needs.
- Complete required Environmental Service Agreements, Pricing Proposals, Customer Onboarding Forms, reports, and other paperwork in a timely manner and in accordance with Company policy.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong technical knowledge with an understanding of environmental solutions, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills and the ability to produce high quality, error free work in a fast-paced work environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Advanced ability to build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers.
- Thorough knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) to manage pipeline and track performance.
- 7 - 10 years of experience within the waste industry - preferred

Seeking a CA P&C licensed account manager for a private regional broker based out of Torrance, CA. (They want someone who lives within 30 miles of Torrance, CA)
Servicing a book of business in the 500-600k revenue range focused on small and mid market generalist accounts (A-Z client servicing)
Client management:
• At the direction of the Producer or Account Executive (Prod/AE), participates in renewal strategy including discussion of the markets to approach, claims reviews and exposure gathering
• Manages a renewal book of business, including creation of submissions, supporting the placement process, including Proposals and Binding.
• Provide support in drafting exposure gathering information, loss exhibits, submissions and proposals.
• Obtain loss run or policy documentation directly from a carrier website as needed.
Day to Day Client Service:
• Primary recipient of daily questions or changes from the client or forwarded by the Prod/AE.
• Work with Associate Account manager or 3rd party vendor to issue Certificates, Invoices, policy/endorsement/audit checking
• Submitting and managing changes to the carrier per the client’s request
• Update the system of record to properly reflect conversations, communications and policy documentation
• Processing of monthly, quarterly or annually audits and monthly reports as received
• Handling contract reviews that are not complex in nature
• Claims management; instructing the client to report notice of loss directly to the carrier or provide claims reporting and support for ongoing large claims.
