Job Description
- Represent clients in a broad range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, domestic violence, guardianship, and related disputes
- Manage cases from initial strategy through negotiation, court appearances, and resolution
- Advocate effectively in hearings, mediations, and other contested family law proceedings
- Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, agreements, and other legal documents with strong attention to detail
- Provide clear, proactive communication so clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the process
- Develop legal strategy tailored to each client’s goals, family dynamics, and long-term interests
- Collaborate with the broader team to deliver an excellent client experience and strong case outcomes
- Build trust with clients during emotionally charged situations through professionalism, empathy, and responsiveness

What We Are Looking For:
The Carrier Account Manager will drive revenue expansion by uncovering, developing, and closing new opportunities for Bandwidth’s hosted voice services to customers throughout the U.S. Service Provider ecosystem.
What You'll Do:
- Navigate effectively within customer organizations to sell Bandwidth’s hosted voice product offering.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across multiple levels of customer contacts, align Bandwidth resources with key customer decision makers.
- Develop a strong understanding of each customer’s business, market, and technical requirements to position Bandwidth’s solutions effectively.
- Achieve assigned quota for incremental revenue growth on the voice hosting product line across the Bandwidth account base.
- Analyze customer and market needs, pricing models and network operations input. Provide feedback through internal channels so course correction can be made quickly and efficiently.
What You Need:
- Education:
- Bachelor Degree, Business. Marketing/Sales, Engineering or similar.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Strategic, technical, and communications application sales.
- Existing relationships in Carrier / Service provider segment in the US.
- Proven success in client relationship management, account growth, and navigating complex customer organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, influence decisions, and support customer needs.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer/Procedure Document Specialist to collaborate with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders on projects focused on process enhancement and continuous improvement within the Technical Writing Group. This role will emphasize the development of procedural documentation in a GxP environment, ensuring compliance and operational effectiveness, while also producing training materials and job aids.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of subject matter experts, business process owners, and key stakeholders in the development, revision, enhancement, implementation, and maintenance of process and procedural documentation.
- Plan and manage multiple process development projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of targeted outcomes.
- Create and write content for training programs, including user-friendly training materials and job aids that support process understanding and application.
- Utilize your knowledge of global regulations within a GxP environment to create processes and related documentation that adhere to regulatory requirements, support corporate compliance, and are inspection-ready.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Maintenance Supervisor (2nd shift) is responsible for the Safety, Quality and Cost Effectiveness of the maintenance activities within the manufacturing and building facilities operations in his/her area. This role is a 2nd shift role.
The responsibilities include supervising, directing and coordinating maintenance activities to improve performance of the facilities, utilities, and production areas during second shift.
The Maintenance Supervisor should be an effective problem solver with the ability to coordinate and direct maintenance activities within the changing demands of manufacturing and the facility. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the preventative and corrective maintenance programs to ensure that maintenance work is performed in accordance with all regulatory and plant requirements.
The Maintenance Supervisor will develop, understand, and work within the annual maintenance budget; manage the maintenance expertise to perform and assist with the plant operation/maintenance outages; and monitor mechanical/electrical/I&C maintenance work to ensure that all work is conducted using proper industrial and applicable plant procedures and standards.
The Maintenance Supervisor will recommend improvements in methods, equipment, operating procedures, and working condition activities for the area and the site. The Supervisor must embrace high standards in Human Performance, Safety, and Housekeeping.
YOUR ROLE
- Provide leadership to process maintenance and utility operators to maintain good group moral and safety
- Improves the performance of production lines and critical utilities by using effective preventative maintenance, timely problem solving, equipment improvements, and training of production and maintenance personnel as needed.
- Maintain the facility and grounds at an acceptable level by preventative maintenance and unscheduled Work Orders
- Coordinate and schedule outside services when needed to support the efforts of the facility mechanics and utility operators.
- Provide utilities support to the plant on a consistent and reliable basis
- Actively participate in all Environmental, Health, and Safety aspects of the plant.
- Ensures productivity of maintenance department through implementation of a maintenance excellence program, maintenance planning and work order assignments to process mechanics.
- Provides maintenance support to all aspects of the manufacturing process in accordance with FDA guidelines, current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and all internal operating procedures.
- Provides technical direction, effective problem solving/troubleshooting, and training for process mechanics

- Collaborate with Quality, Validation, Production, and EHS for compliance initiatives.
- Participate in corporate or site-wide audits, CAPA reviews, and training sessions as required.
