Job Description Summary:
***This is a part-time (24 hours/week), variable shift position at Grady Memorial Hospital and Delaware Health Center. The position is eligible for full benefits.***MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE

JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for pharmacist tasks, such as dispensing and compounding medication, counseling patients on medication and health subjects, interpreting prescriptions, managing patient drug therapy, and performing drug utilization. Pharmacists are expected to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team, possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and multitask as appropriate. Strong interpersonal skills, including effective mentorship, clear communication and collaboration, empathy toward patients and colleagues, and ability to build trust in professional relationships, are required to be successful in this role. They collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other health-care practitioners to provide safe, high-quality, and cost-effective drug therapy. Pharmacists may administer medications as applicable by state law and practice setting. Pharmacists will serve as preceptors for pharmacy students and pharmacy residents in their area of training and expertise.

Job Description Summary:

The Clinical Director will directly supervise and train primary care providers (PCPs) in his/her assigned center. The incumbent in this role is accountable for maximizing overall core model execution, including improving clinical quality, efficiency, outcomes, and clinician/patient satisfaction. Fills in as needed for center clinical leadership needs, including monitoring daily center census as part of joint center accountability for outcomes.
- Plays an active role in the management of their center and helps cover for other providers who may be out for various reasons. It is also expected that each Clinical Director will take an active role as needed in recruiting patients for the center and recruiting and interviewing additional providers for the company.
- Managing, mentoring and coaching PCPs in his/her assigned center to deliver outstanding clinical outcomes, including sampling other PCP’s daily huddles within their center
