A healthcare network in Westchester County, NY is actively seeking a licensed Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join their team providing maternity leave coverage.

About the Opportunity:

• Shift: Nights
• Schedule: 3 shifts/week (12 hours) or 4 shifts/week (10 hours)
• Hours: 7pm to 7am
• Setting: Pediatric Hospitalist Program

Responsibilities:

• Pediatric and newborn admissions
• Inpatient consults
• Coverage for pediatric/newborn nursery patients
• Assist with pediatric codes alongside house staff and ED team
• Nasogastric Tube (NGT) placement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's and Master's Degrees
• NYS Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
• Board Certified Family NP (FNP) or Pediatric NP (PNP), BLS, PALS, NRP
• BLS and PALS certifications
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with Pediatric Inpatient Care preferred
• Proficiency with EMR systems
