The Department of Psychiatry of Tufts Medicine is seeking an Addiction Psychiatrist to join our expanding team of collaborative physicians at Tufts Medical Center, the principal teaching hospital for Tufts University School of Medicine in Downtown Boston.
Primary responsibilities:
- Combination of inpatient (Addiction Consultation-Liaison) and ambulatory addiction treatment
- Addiction CL: Work with multidisciplinary team (resident physicians, SW) to manage acute withdrawal syndromes and sequelae of substance use disorder in hospitalized patients
- Outpatient: Expansion of Tufts’ Ambulatory Addiction services, multidisciplinary work with other departments within TMC, and longitudinal management of complex dually-diagnosed patients
- Academic appointment with Tufts University School of Medicine will be commensurate with experience and academic track record
Required Education/Experience:
- Possess an MD or DO degree from accredited medical school
- Completion of ACGME or AOA-accredit Adult Psychiatry Residency, BC/BE in Adult Psychiatry

About the Role
The Director of Finance will oversee multi‑country financial management, reporting, consolidation, compliance, and forecasting. This role partners closely with executive leadership and global operations to strengthen financial performance across a complex international footprint.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Compliance
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and year‑end close across global entities
- Manage consolidated reporting under U.S. GAAP, German HGB, and local standards
- Oversee intercompany activity, audits, tax compliance, and internal controls
Planning, Forecasting & Performance
- Direct budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing financial analysis
- Support strategic initiatives through modeling and scenario planning
