Long Term Acute Care RNs (LTAC RNs) provide quality patient care during the patient assessment, intervention, and evaluation process. LTAC RNs collaborate with all members of a patient's healthcare team to formulate a care plan that ensures optimum outcomes and continuity of care. Class A CDL - Refined Fuel Driver - West Memphis, AR
Estimated Annual: $86,000-$94,000/year
Pay: $26.50-$29.00/hour
We are currently seeking a Fuel Transport Driver with an excellent driving record. Experience in the petroleum industry is preferred but not required. The right candidate will have a Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements and a minimum of 1 year's tractor/trailer driving experience. Our drivers enjoy the generous compensation and the excellent benefits package we offer, which are detailed below. Based on schedule and performance, drivers may be eligible to receive the below pay differentials:
- Night Shift Pay = $1.00/hour

What will you do?
- Reconcile charges and payments, input sales from multiple systems, balance accounts, review deposits, and complete all required shift‐closing reports
- Support guest satisfaction by scheduling services and wake‐up calls, reporting maintenance and technology issues, and responding to emergencies according to protocol
- Understand guest folios and adjust as needed while accurately quoting rates, making reservations, posting charges, and monitoring credit limits
- Demonstrate proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Suite, Versa PMS, Salto Key Systems, HotSOS, Duetto Loyalty, Oasis Loyalty, and other approved applications
- Manage front desk and housekeeping communication by answering calls promptly, recording requests, delivering supplies, and assisting with room readiness tasks
- Stay informed on group activities, document and report unusual occurrences, troubleshoot basic system errors, and ensure accurate, timely documentation throughout the shift

Annual base salary for newly appointed BPAs varies per grade, as follows: GL-5/GL-7 $51,632 - $92,219 per year. *Recruitment Incentive* Newly appointed Border Patrol Agents (as defined in5 CFR 575.102)will be eligible for up to $20,000 in incentives. The first $10,000 will be paid upon successful completion of the Border Patrol Academy, with the remaining $10,000 awarded for accepting a prioritized location such as Sierra Blanca, Presidio, Sanderson, Comstock, Freer or Hebbronville, TX; Lordsburg, NM; or Ajo, AZ.
*Retention Incentive* Newly appointed Border Patrol Agents may also qualify for up to $40,000 in additional incentives distributed over their first four years.
Duty Locations
IMPORTANT NOTICED: Duty assignments available at the time of offer may include the Southwest Border, including prioritized locations.
U.S. Border Patrol determines duty assignments at the time of offer based on operational needs, which may or may not align with candidates first-choice preferences. RELOCATION MAY BE REQUIRED.
Duty location impacts pay rates; locality pay for federal law enforcement is higher in some locations than others. A fully trained BPA may be eligible for up to an additional 25% of base pay per the BPA Pay Reform Act of 2014. This is a career ladder position with a grade level progression of GL-5, GL-7, GL-9, GS-11, and GS-12. You will be eligible for a promotion to the next higher grade level (without reapplying) once you successfully complete 52 weeks in each grade level.

Duties and Responsibilities
As a BPA, you will be part of our 60,000+ workforce that strives to protect the American people by safeguarding our borders, deterring illicit activity, and enhancing the nations economic prosperity. Being a BPA makes you a valuable member of the Federal Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) profession.
Typical assignments include:
- Detecting and questioning people suspected of violating immigration and custom laws and inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations
- Preventing and apprehending undocumented noncitizens and smugglers of noncitizens at or near the borders by maintaining surveillance from covert positions to include using infrared scopes during night operations
- Interpreting and following tracks, marks, and other physical evidence of illegal entry of persons or contraband
- Performing farm checks, building checks, traffic checks, city patrols, and transportation checks
- Patrolling the international boundary and coastal waterways using a variety of government assets such as vehicles, horses, vessels, watercraft, off-road vehicles, ATVs, snowmobiles, and motorcycles for the accomplishment of the USBP Mission.
Qualifications
You qualify for the GL-5 grade level if you possess one of the following:
Experience: One (1) year of general work experience that demonstrates the ability to take charge, make sound decisions, and maintain composure in stressful situations; to learn regulations, methods, and techniques through classroom training and/or on-the-job instruction; and the ability to gather concise information through questioning, observation, and examination of documents and records;OR
Education Substitution: A bachelor's degree or successful completion of a full four-year course of study in any field leading to a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; OR
Combination of Experience and Education: A combination of general work experience AND successfully completed college education. This will be calculated using your resume and official or unofficial transcripts submitted with your application.
You qualify for the GL-7 grade level if you possess one of the following:
Experience: One year of specialized work experience that shows you have the skills necessary to:
- Make sound judgments and decisions in the use of firearms.
- Deal effectively with people in a courteous and tactful manner in connection with law enforcement matters.
- Analyze information rapidly and make prompt decisions where you will be expected to make arrests after the completion of required training and apply these skills in a law enforcement capacity such as criminal code enforcement, determining violations of laws, correctional or rehabilitation work involving criminal offenders, security, military, etc.
The above experience will be applied in connection with the following: Make arrests and exercise sound judgment in the use of firearms; deal effectively with people in a courteous manner in connection with law enforcement matters; analyze information rapidly and make prompt decisions; or develop and maintain contact with a network of informants.
Education Substitution for the GL-7 grade level: A bachelor's degree with superior academic achievement, which is based on (1) class standing, (2) grade-point average (i.e., GPA of 3.0 or higher out of a possible 4.0), or (3) honor society membership. Or will receive a bachelor's degree with Superior Academic Achievement. Or one full year of graduate-level education in a field of study related to law enforcement (e.g., criminal justice, homeland security, justice studies, law enforcement, courts and judicial systems, forensic technology, forensic psychology, or corrections and rehabilitation) from an accredited college or university; OR
A Combination of Experience and Education: This will be calculated using your resume and official or unofficial transcripts submitted with your application.

Other Requirements
Citizenship: You must be a U.S. Citizen to apply for this position.
Residency: You must have had primary U.S. residency (includes protectorates as declared under international law) for at least three of the last five years.
Age Restriction: In accordance with Public Law 100-238, this position is covered under law enforcement retirement provisions. Candidates must be referred for selection to the Border Patrol Agent position before reaching their 40th birthday in accordance with Department of Homeland Security Directive 251-03. The age restriction may not apply if you are currently serving or have previously served in a federal civilian law enforcement (non-military) position covered by Title 5 U.S.C. 8336(c) or Title 5 U.S.C. 8412(d).
Veterans Preference: You may also be eligible for an excepted service Veterans Recruitment Appointment (VRA). The age restriction does not apply if you are Veterans' Preference eligible.
Formal Training: After you are hired, you will be detailed to the U.S. Border Patrol Academy in Artesia, New Mexico, for approximately six (6) months of intensive instruction in immigration and nationality laws, law enforcement and USBP-specific operations, driver training, physical techniques, firearms, and other courses. Border Patrol work requires the ability to speak and read Spanish, as well as English. Border Patrol Agents will be provided training to become proficient with the Spanish language at the Academy.

TIME AND ATTENDANCE:
Be on time and ready to work for your shift. When unable to attend work due to illness, contact your supervisor with as much notice as possible. If you have a medical condition that causes you to be absent repeatedly, you may notify Human Resources directly to complete any necessary paperwork. Come to work dressed professionally, ready to do your best. When requesting time off, requests need to be made 2 weeks in writing in advance to your supervisor.

MEDICATION ASSISTANCE:
Adhere to policy and procedure of Medication Assistance as overviewed in Medication Assistance documentation. Ensuring that the correct medication and the correct resident on the correct schedule are being done and appropriately initialing the MAR while medication assistance is going on. Sending the correct medications with residents as they go on outings or pass and notifying ED and/or LPN of any discrepancies in medication or if the medication is running low for some reason. Appropriately document any PRN medications as they are needed.
RESIDENT INTERACTION:
Conduct Psycho-Social Rehabilitation discussions and activities. Respect the residents' right to privacy and dignity. Provide positive encouragement as you educate them in order to help them accomplish the necessary skills for independent living. Always model appropriate behavior utilizing yourself as the standard for residents. As needed assist or supervise residents with personal hygiene needs and appropriate clothing choices. DOCUMENTATION AND COMMUNICATION:
Always complete accurate, thorough documentation in a timely manner. When completing incident forms, do not leave any blanks or leave out significant information. Ensure all checklists and deep cleaning logs are completed on time. Do not be afraid to ask questions. Complete the intershift communication book and verbally communicate pertinent information to the next shift. At the beginning of shift; check the staff communication book for new memos and initial any memos after you have read them. Report all incidents immediately following the proper chain of command.
ENVIRONMENTAL CLEANLINESS:
Start your shift by completing a walk-through evaluation and addressing any issues. Refer to the daily rounds checklist to ensure everything has been covered. Assist and supervise residents in the completion of their chores and/or any cleaning jobs as they arise. Check your shift-specific checklists and complete them in a timely manner.
FOOD PREPARATION:
Prepare meals as dictated by the weekly menu or make appropriate substitutions as necessary with proper clearance from your supervisor. Check the menu and takeout food to thaw for the next day's meals. Appropriately label (time/date, what it is) and store any/all left over food items.

The Associate Market Clinical Director will directly supervise, performance manage and train Clinical Directors within in his/her assigned market. The incumbent in this role is accountable for center performance objectives, P&L, growth, and culture. In addition to being accountable for the overall clinical outcomes of his/her assigned market, they will have a portion of their time allocated to direct patient care as a PCP and/or other clinical duties. The remainder of their time allocated to leadership responsibilities including Clinical Director performance, engagement, building a strong clinical-operations synergy and culture. The allocation of time is dependent on several factors including PCP capacity, market needs, size of centers, patient membership and Regional President direction.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Directs accountability for clinical outcomes and day-to-day management of Medical Directors in multiple centers within assigned market, with regular presence in the centers under direct management, and under the supervision of the Regional President.
- Ensures successful clinical operations and meeting/exceeding plan market earnings.
- Manages, mentors and coaches Medical Directors in his/her assigned market to deliver outstanding clinical outcomes.
- Oversees and facilitates talent development of the PCPs, NPs, and Medical Directors in his/her centers including, but not limited to leading facilitated practice (physician shadowing/coaching), conducting 1:1s with direct reports, executing leadership development plans and performance management.
- Cultivates a center-level physician culture that is fully aligned with and delivering on the ChenMed core model, core values & behaviors and service standards.
- Assists Clinical COE in training of new practitioners within the assigned centers.
- Participates in recruiting and interviewing PCP and specialist candidates.
- Partners with Clinical COE and Talent Acquisition to support clinical talent lifecycle to accelerate Clinical talent growth, including hiring of PCPs, NPs, and Medical Directors, managing, and mentoring physicians, role modeling exemplary clinical leadership.
- Establishes and supports the development and cultivation of successful relationships with payers, specialists, the community, and hospitals, among others, and driving a social media presence locally, as part of the core responsibilities for the role
- Monitors and supports overall market culture, responding with urgency to workplace concerns.
- Reviews/approves center-level referrals and provides back-up for market referral and delegated utilization authorizations.
Other duties as assigned and modified at Regional President’s discretion, which may include:
- Assists Regional President with market quality and performance improvement initiatives.
- Oversees monthly scorecard reviews and in conjunction with Clinical Leadership, for delivery of quarterly clinical metric analysis.
- Provides training to other ChenMed entities, as needed.
- Develops deep relationships with providers and key stakeholders in the market.
- Uses the understanding of the local market dynamics to drive clinical initiatives.
- Builds clinical credibility and trust to deepen relationships.
- Assists with implementation of cost reduction and market clinical strategies.
- Delivers outstanding clinical outcomes and service to patient panel as a PCP (20%).

- A minimum of 2 years’ clinical experience required; 3 years preferred.
- Strongly prefer one (1) years’ previous experience as Medical Director or equivalent with a Medicare or Medicaid patient population
- Board eligibility is required.
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics or similar is preferred, but hires may have other sub-specialty training and board certification.
- Current, active license to practice medicine in State of employment.
- High performing physician with a proven track record of clinical leadership experience.
- Must have completed all internal physician training and have attained partnership.
- Experience with population risk management or complex chronic disease care management.
- Experience working with interdisciplinary teams in quality improvement and/or medical/healthcare leadership activities preferred.
- Preferred to be an existing high performing PCP partner and/or Medical Director within the ChenMed core model, with a proven ability to manage a panel of >400 patients with outstanding clinical, customer service and cost outcomes. Preferred to have been with the organization >2 years, be a recognized leader amongst peers, and can lead teams in quality and performance improvement initiatives.
- If specialty, has demonstrated leadership within his/her specialty and delivered superior outcomes, with a proven ability to deliver primary care in our model.
