Position Overview:

This Administrative Clerk provides essential administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth stewarding operations. This role involves handling documentation, coordinating communication between departments, maintaining records, and assisting with daily office tasks to support management and staff.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and correspondence
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
  • Support with Dayforce time keeping
  • Organize and file documents, contracts, and invoices
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Process purchase orders and invoices for approval
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping and expense tracking
  • Support HR with onboarding documentation and staff records
  • Provide assistance to guests and staff when needed
  • Ensure adherence to TSC & Foxwoods policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate records for audits and inspections


Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in administrative or clerical roles (hospitality experience is a plus).

Qualifications
  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Completion of Certified Nurse Anesthetist Training Program Graduate of a Nurse Anesthesia Educational Program accredited by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetist Council on accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Programs.
  • Prefer clinical working experience as a CRNA within the given specialty/service line recommended, but none required.
  • APRNs, PAs, CRNAs and CNMs are required to be appointed to the Affiliated Medical Staff of a YNHHS Hospital and credentialed through the Medical Staff process.
  • CRNAs should be able to stand for long periods of time and wear lead as needed for fluoroscopy, X-Ray cases. CRNAs must have the ability to lift 25 pounds and reach above and below shoulder height. CRNA must be able to negotiate patient care environments and be able to move self/patients between anesthesia locations.
