The role provides hands-on experience managing claims, allowing you to make a direct impact on clients outcomes! Job Function: Prepare and file tort claim notices, PIP applications, and initial claim correspondence accurately and on time.

Draft Answers to Interrogatories, discovery responses, and amended interrogatories independently.

Communicate with clients professionally and compassionately throughout the process.

Request, review, and coordinate medical records with attorneys as needed.

Manage and resolve Medicare/Medicaid and ERISA liens efficiently.

Draft and serve subpoenas and coordinate with medical and liability experts on deadlines and reports.

Assist with trial preparation and support settlement efforts, including releases and stipulations of dismissal.
