The CHRISTUS Spohn South Labor and Delivery, Antepartum and Obstetrical Emergency Departments are all staffed by one group of associates that are crossed trained in all three areas.Registered Nurses, OB Surgical Technicians, Certified Nurse Aides and Unit Secretaries make up our wonderful team of associates.In addition, we have 24-hour CRNA coverage for maternity anesthesia, and our OBED is staffed with a house OB Hospitalist to accept transfers, care for patients, and handle emergencies 24 hours a day.We average about 220 deliveries per month.We are capable of providing care for our patients in need of Non-stress test, Amniocentesis, Induction of Labor, Management of Postpartum complications such as hemorrhage or elevated blood pressure, and have the capability to begin an emergency section within 30 minutes of decision time and recognized as a Texas Ten Step for Breastfeeding. Our department is a happy environment for the patient and family, and our team provides an exceptional patient experience.

Job Summary and QualificationsResponsible for all aspects of patient radiographic imagery for invasive procedures and for radiologic safety precautions as they pertain to the patient, Special Lab Staff and the physician. Plans, carries out records of all radiologic requirements for quality control.
What you will do in this role:
- Demonstrates a sound understanding of human physiology and anatomical positioning so that independent selection and modification of the technical factors produce optimum radiologic results.
- Performs cardiopulmonary resuscitation when appropriate and maintains valid CPR certification.
- Maintains skill level adequate for operation and troubleshooting of equipment, video recorder, fluoroscopy, etc., and film developing and viewing equipment.
- Has a working knowledge of all equipment used in Special Procedures.
- Cross trains in specific areas as assigned.

Job Summary
The Medical-Surgical nurse is responsible for managing the care of the adult or geriatric patient experiencing general medical conditions or general surgical procedures. The virtual nurse will assist with tasks such completing the admission and discharge process, care plan development and maintenance, patient education, medication and discharge teaching, care coordination, mentoring of new nurses, and implementation of evidence-based care. The virtual eAcute nurse assists the primary bedside nurse with nursing tasks not required to be done in person as well as real-time quality and patient safety surveillance. The eAcute Virtual Med-Surg nurse maintains a wide array of medical care knowledge in order to care for a diverse group of patients. ** What You'll Do Make fair, accurate, timely and quality claims decisions on life insurance claims up to allowable signature limit.
May work on cases exceeding this limit with prior approval and second signatures.
Examines claim information obtained, including, but not limited to, beneficiary data, policy values, and policy status; and analyzes information received during the claim review process, including but not limited to, death certificates, claim forms, assignment forms, divorce decree, estate, and trust documentation.
With empathy, deliver personalized experience for beneficiaries and field members by assisting with educating on settlement options available, which varies by policy type.
Communicate verbally and construct letters and emails to beneficiaries, field members, and third parties in response to inquiries and/or regarding outstanding requirements, claim status updates, and claims decisions as part of the overall claim handling process.
Manage phone and transactional responsibilities while adhering to strict confidentiality and privacy standards.
Research and evaluate solutions to situations that arise and resolve concerns on an “as-needed†basis which oftentimes includes deviating from procedures.
Maintain organization, accuracy, and timeliness in individual case management system; capture and document claim related information accurately and/or refer tasks as appropriate.
Maintain production and claims quality standards.
Embrace new technology and serve as an advocate by educating beneficiaries and field representatives.

What You Will Bring to the Role Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Previous experience with life insurance desirable.

Raytheon is seeking a talented and motivated Senior Systems Integration and Test II Engineer to join our team within the Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SETC) Discipline, supporting various Electronic Warfare (EW) and Radar Warning Receiver (RWR) Systems. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across the full lifecycle of the product, from concept to deployment.
Every day will bring new challenges, requiring you to collaborate across disciplines to troubleshoot issues, perform data analysis, and implement solutions. The Systems Integration & Test II Engineer provides comprehensive systems engineering and integration test support by assessing program needs, planning and coordinating test activities, developing schedules, and executing test efforts from project initiation through system transition. The role involves addressing a wide range of technical challenges that require thorough information gathering, detailed analysis, and investigative problem‑solving to identify root causes and determine effective resolutions.
The following responsibilities are expected though not limited to for a Senior Systems Integration & Test II Engineer (EW)
Generate test plans/procedures for assessing Electronic Warfare (EW) system performance
Execute in-house and off-site test activities for system demonstrations and/or system sell-off.
Brief senior program management and engineering leadership.
Test EW hardware and software builds.
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline (preferably Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or Physics) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience

Experience writing requirements for EW/Radar system test events
Experience leading system test equipment and special test equipment development activities
Experience troubleshooting, testing, and integrating EW/Radar system test equipment
Experience modeling the performance of EW/Radar systems
Experience with integration of mixed signal modules into the next higher assembly
Experience with security requirements related to government testing
