Chassis Design/Development Contingent Engineer:
Responsibilities include: simulate, design, and validate chassis components using various simulations tools (dynamometers, rigs and track tests); provide feedback and produce technical reports.
Design Contingent Engineer:
Responsibilities include engine design concept preparation, component and assembly modeling, design evaluation and analysis, drawing preparation and release, part manufacturing coordination and other related administrative duties.
Β Electrical Contingent Engineer:
Responsibilities include supporting electronic control systems on the race car; validate the control system design and application; optimization of the calibration for the system algorithms and functions utilizing real time software. Will also be responsible for engine-related electronic control unit, ignition, switches, wiring harness systems, wiring looms and connectors.
Development Contingent Engineer:

Test Contingent Engineer:

A Contingent position that will work with Designers, Vehicle Performance, and Electronics Specialists to test, modify, and evolve hardware systems on race cars and track-focused road cars. Work to prove-out durability and performance to technical targets. Report and communicate on lessons-learned during the development process. Devise innovative tools and methods to test cars, subsystems, and parts. Document problem reports for failures in the field. Analyze data logged on cars, to trace down root causes. Track and manage resolution of vehicle hardware issues. Devise countermeasures. Work with designers and manage 3rd parties to implement design changes. Manage and execute testing of countermeasure parts. Manage and execute test and development of new vehicles, and vehicle hardware updates. Regularly liaise with 3rd party vendors, race teams, and test facilities. Specify instrumentation, perform data analysis, and write reports on the outcomes of development initiatives. Job Details Education & Experience Bachelorβs degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred Proven experience in manufacturing engineering or industrial engineering within a plant or production environment Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Technical & Professional Skills Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment layout, and workflow optimization Ability to develop, assess, and improve manufacturing methods and procedures for increased efficiency Experience with workforce planning, space utilization, and equipment layout for production environments Ability to analyze production specifications, estimate time and costs, and support decision-making with data Knowledge of quality standards, product evaluation, and vendor coordination for equipment and materials sourcing Competence in applying statistical tools to assess manufacturing capabilities and forecast future requirements Communication & Collaboration Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, planning, engineering, and management Ability to work with vendors and internal stakeholders to define specifications and ensure production readiness Strong documentation and reporting skills to support production planning and continuous improvement initiatives Language Skills Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English at a high level Business-level conversational Spanish is preferred but not required Interested in hearing more?
