Hours: Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm.
Must Haves:
Working knowledge of Quadient (or similar) mail machines, EMS or comparable mail management software.
Prior experience in a similar role/environment
Preferred:

Knowledge of print and mail center functions and USPS regulations.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Sorts both U.S.P.S. and on-campus mail in preparation for daily deliveries.
Delivers mail on designated campus route for faculty and administrators.
Operates a van or cart in a safe, effective manner.
Supports the on-campus delivery process twice daily including the delivery of on-campus mail and packages.
Processes metered mail and packages for all classes of mail.
Effective operation of Quadient mail machines and software programs. (Or comparable equipment and programs.)
Responsible for Customer Service interaction, with attention to detail, in a professional manner via phone, inΒperson, work tickets, email, and/or service desks; and outreach to customer(s) when clarity is necessary.
Assists in preparation of bulk mail as needed.
Assists in preparation and metering of all mail types.
Understands, operates, and troubleshoots all industry standard Mail Services technologies, and is capable of being trained in print technology, including the printing machines for direct to print usage, large format printer and printing equipment, cutter, folder, laminator, shrink wrapper, stapler, hole puncher, jogger, perf/scoring machine, comb and tape binders, addresser, inserter, wafering machines, and the mail machines, as needed.
Prepares, prints, and mounts posters, as needed. Can be trained on use of WebCRD or comparable print management software.
Will be trained on use of forklift, as needed.

- Co-teach five classes, each lasting 55 minutes.
- Collaborate effectively in an Inclusive Co-Teaching (ICT) environment.
- Offer instruction tailored to diverse student needs.
- Manage student behavior using restorative practices and school-wide Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS).
- Partner with support staff, including Social Workers and Coaches, to create personalized learning plans.
- Monitor and confer with students about their progress and goal-setting.

- Engage in collaborative curriculum planning, grade-level teamwork, and school functions.
- Regularly review student data via an electronic management system.

Urban Dove Team Charter Schools are seeking a passionate and dedicated MLL and Literacy Teacher to support students identified as Multilingual Learners (MLL) and/or those reading below grade level. This position plays a vital role in providing individualized and small-group instruction through both push-in and pull-out models, developing differentiated lesson plans, and promoting literacy growth across content areas. The teacher will collaborate closely with co-teachers and school staff to deliver inclusive instruction, administer assessments, and support student integration into classroom settings. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Co-teach five 55-minute classes.
- Collaborate in an Inclusive Co-Teaching (ICT) environment.
