Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative and legal support to attorneys.

- Draft, revise, redline, and proofread legal documents with a high degree of accuracy.
- Assist with client billing, time entry, and expense reporting.
- Serve as a liaison between attorneys, clients, government agencies, and internal teams, particularly on land use matters.
- Maintain and organize case files, records, and legal databases.
- Support transactional matters, including commercial real estate and corporate law work.
- Ensure strict confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant (4–5 years preferred).
- Experience in land use, commercial real estate, or corporate law strongly preferred.
- Strong document redlining experience and advanced proofreading skills.
- Experience managing heavy attorney calendars in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with billing software and legal timekeeping practices.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and legal practice management systems.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to interact confidently with high-profile clients.
