Position Summary
The Physician Advisor serves as a liaison between the clinical document improvement (CDI) team, which includes hospital coders; members of the Hospital's administration; the Medical Staff of the hospital; and the hospital's Utilization Management to facilitate the development and implementation of clinical documentation improvement initiatives. The Physician Advisor is pivotal in leveraging his or her clinical position to demonstrate the association of care delivery with specificity in documentation. The Physician Advisor is responsible for conducting clinical reviews referred by the Utilization Management, Coding and Clinical Documentation Improvement departments. Standard Work: Physician Advisor
- Acts as a liaison between the CDI professionals, Health Information Management, and the hospital's medical staff to facilitate accurate and complete documentation for coding and abstracting of clinical data, capture of severity, acuity and risk of mortality, HCC/risk adjustment in addition to Diagnosis Related Group (DRG) assignment.
- Perform concurrent and retrospective reviews of selected health records as it pertains to CDI and coding validation, and participate in the development of clinically appropriate and compliant provider queries to further clarify documentation.
- Educates individual hospital staff physicians about International Classification of Diseases (ICD) coding guidelines and clinical terminology to improve their understanding of severity, acuity, risk of mortality, HCC/risk adjustment and DRG assignments on their individual patient records.

Position Summary
The Clinical Dietitian is responsible to the Clinical Nutrition Manager. He/she works across the institution to provide quality nutritional support services. He/She consistently contributes to a multidisciplinary, collaborative effort to ensure positive patient outcomes. The Clinical Dietitian works with the food service management and staff to coordinate delivery of the prescribed diet and meet the nutritional needs of the patient. - Evaluate patients for nutritional status based on nursing screening criteria/consults/screening reports and within the scope of established dietetic practice standards, federal/state regulations and The Joint Commission standards with a monthly productivity level of 1.2., validated by weekly productivity logs and monthly chart review.
- Implement and monitor nutrition care plans and document according to standards of care criteria with reassessments completed within three to five days for moderate risk and within 48 hours for high risk patients, as validated by monthly chart review; collaborates with fellow team members and communicates nutrition care plan when transferred to other units, when other team members are covering or weekend coverage and validated by chart review with the dietitian.
- Collaborate with and communicate effectively with physicians and members of the multi-disciplinary team to integrate information which refines and contributes to the overall medical care of the patient, with specific emphasis on nutritional care, through daily rounds, as validated by the customer feedback process and monthly chart review.
- Develop, coordinate and provide nutrition education to patients, families, staff, and physicians to ensure that nutritional care is maintained across the continuum of care and into the home/recovery setting through one on one, small groups, classroom setting and community setting as evidenced by weekly productivity log and participation in community programs.

Partners cross-functionally to deliver reliable, scalable, and cost-effective Data Center Infrastructure solutions while advancing innovation in liquid cooling performance.
What will you do?
- Lead the end-to-end mechanical design and engineering of hyperscale Data Center Infrastructure (DCI) systems, including liquid-cooled rack assemblies, CDUs, manifolds, enclosures, structural frames, and associated hydronic piping systems.
- Serve as the technical authority for single-phase and two-phase liquid cooling architectures, including primary and secondary loop design, in-rack distribution, and system integration within hyperscale data center environments.
- Define and validate operational performance requirements for liquid-cooled infrastructure, including pressure ratings, hydrostatic limits, temperature ranges, flow rates and uniformity, thermal expansion, durability, and serviceability.
- Design, analyze, and validate machined components, welded fabrications, manifolds, and structural systems using advanced engineering principles, including stress analysis, finite element analysis (FEA), flow modeling, and structural load calculations to ensure mechanical integrity and code compliance.
- Lead wetted material selection and compatibility analysis for liquid cooling systems, including corrosion mitigation strategies, surface treatments, cleanliness standards, and long-term durability considerations.
- Develop and review CAD models and complete technical data packages using CREO, SolidWorks, or equivalent tools; ensure design accuracy, manufacturability, and system-level integration.
- Author and approve technical specifications for piping systems, rack-level cooling infrastructure, and hydronic components, including installation guidelines, maintenance procedures, testing requirements, and compliance with applicable standards (ASME, ISO).
- Establish and oversee validation protocols including hydrostatic pressure testing, leak detection and mitigation, flow resistance analysis, and corrosion verification to ensure regulatory compliance and operational reliability.
- Evaluate customer design proposals and technical specifications to assess feasibility, manufacturability, cost, and risk; provide recommendations to optimize performance and total cost of ownership.
- Lead cross-functional design reviews with electrical, thermal, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure full system integration and compliance with product specifications and applicable plumbing and hydronic codes.
- Optimize rack manifold design and manufacturing processes, including machining, welding, surface finishing, connection interfaces, venting and draining strategies, and flow path optimization to enhance performance and manufacturability.
- Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing assembly methods and tooling in collaboration with production teams and equipment vendors to improve quality, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Lead root cause investigations for complex mechanical failures identified during validation or field deployment and implement corrective design improvements.
- Provide technical leadership in vendor qualification and management for mechanical components and liquid cooling subsystems.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks impacting performance, schedule, or cost, and contribute to R&D initiatives advancing liquid cooling technologies and system innovation.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelorโs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related engineering discipline from an accredited university.
Experience:โฏ
- 8 years' experience in mechanical design and integration of mission-critical systems.
- Proven track record of successful system designs and implementations in a relevant industry
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, integration strategy, and system coordination
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to Energy Storage Systems and Data Center Infrastructure is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Independently reviews applications and adheres to underwriting standards and demonstrates an intermediate level of experience with NM product types and changes. โ
Develops and demonstrates change agility while maintaining mortality and morbidity expectations. โ

Develops proficiency with Reinsurance programs and determining where to best place a case.

Qualifications
A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
1.5 years of traditional underwriting experience.
Analytical skills with the ability to make independent decisions and apply sound judgment in the application of rules.
Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information, and exercise tact, diplomacy, and resourcefulness.
Proficient in computer skills and using various software packages.
Ability to work accurately while maintaining speed and flexibility in a team and independent production environment.
Highly organized with the ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines.
Displays agility to manage multiple tasksโ and adapt in a changing work environment.
