  • Manage awarded projects from start to finish, including scheduling, administration, and billing/collections.
  • Review design options and provide recommendations based on cost, quality, and constructability.
  • Work independently on large, complex projects while also collaborating with your team to continuously improve estimating practices.
  • Champion safety and ensure full compliance with company policies and OSHA/MSHA regulations.
  • Perform other related responsibilities as needed in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

What You Bring

  • A degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is preferred—but equivalent experience in commercial paving, HMA, or related construction is also valued.
  • Strong digital estimating skills; experience with estimating software is a plus.
  • Ability to interpret plans, specifications, and contracts confidently.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong analytical thinking.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and bids with efficiency.
  • A collaborative mindset paired with the ability to work independently.
  • Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Skills include leadership, problem‑solving, decision‑making, and organization.
  • Professionalism, integrity, and the ability to build trust with internal and external partners.

Why Join Us?

  • The opportunity to work with an experienced, supportive team that values your input.
  • A role where your work has visible, real‑world impact.
