The role of a Clinical Medical Assistant is to provide care and education to patients, following established standards and practices. This position involves updating patient charts in EMR systems and documenting changes. The assistant coordinates with other members of the care team to ensure seamless care delivery, maximal coordination of efforts, and active patient participation in planning and care. Additionally, the assistant is responsible for restocking rooms.

This contractor will serve as a key legal partner, owning the deal flow and providing strategic guidance across a high volume of transactions.
This attorney will structure, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including master services agreements, platform and partner agreements, transactional contracts, and marketing or event-related agreements.
In addition to managing day-to-day contracting, the role will support complex and strategic deals while advising on broader commercial considerations to help the business maintain momentum and close opportunities efficiently.
The ideal candidate will bring strong transactional experience and a pragmatic, business-oriented approach to legal counseling.
This attorney will work closely with internal stakeholders to address issues related to data usage and privacy, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, and tax in coordination with subject matter experts, ensuring all agreements align with corporate strategy, internal policies, and applicable laws.
Success in this role requires the ability to independently manage a high volume of work while also contributing thoughtful legal strategy on more complex matters.
Candidates should be proactive, solutions-oriented, comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, and eager to collaborate closely with business teams.
An active license to practice law in a U.S.
state is required.
