This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on commercial real estate.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our property portfolio.

Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day accounting operations of our commercial real estate portfolio Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulations Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including property managers, lenders, and investors Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity Review and approve accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 2+ years of experience in Property Accounting, preferably in commercial real estate Proficiency in Yardi software or equivalent property management software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Interested in hearing more?
