Job Description
Provides respiratory testing to patients with minimal guidance.  
Performs pulmonary diagnostic procedures and assessments.  Uses an understanding of the principles of growth and development to assess each patient’s individual age specific needs and to provide individualized age specific treatments and care.
Participates in additional training and/or certification courses to develop expertise and skills to become certified to work in specialized clinical areas.  

  • Performs pulmonary-function, lung capacity, diffusion capacity, and blood and oxygen tests for use by physician in diagnosing and treatment of pulmonary disorders. 
  • Calibrate, clean and maintain diagnostic equipment and recognize when equipment malfunctions.  The tech is also responsible for inventory and ordering of supplies. 
  • Effectively communicate with patients to elicit appropriate responses in order to derive meaningful data.  Establish and maintain effective working relationships and good customer service skills.

 



Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor Degree from an AMA approved Respiratory program
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) granted by The National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) required

     

  • BLS certification required

Conduct evaluations, formulate diagnoses, and manage treatment plans for musculoskeletal conditions.

Support a spine surgeon and orthopedic physicians in follow‑ups, consults, and walk‑ins.

Maintain accurate, compliant, and timely clinical documentation.

Participate in weekend walk‑in clinic coverage with weekday schedule adjustments.

Skills You Need Current NP or PA licensure.

Minimum 2 years of orthopedic experience preferred; spine experience highly valued.

The OTS Perm Solutions Specialist (Direct Hire Recruiter) position is responsible for attracting, sourcing and maintaining a candidate pool of manufacturing and logistics talent for placement within our clients. This person will provide search and placement services for candidates and clients in assigned focused M&L (light industrial) job families. A key measure of success is the attainment of complete candidate and client satisfaction by meeting their customized placement services needs, both at the outset of the engagements and through the terms of the Talent placements.
