Responsibilities of the role include:
- Working with high-net-worth clients and business clients on estate, gift and GST tax planning
- Business succession planning
- General estate and trust planning
- Transactional work, including drafting wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts and operating, shareholder, and other owner agreements.
