The Personal Injury Protection (PIP) Claim Supervisor oversees the operation of 5-7 Claim Representatives devoted to the handling of PIP Claims in multiple States. In Texas, there is a judicial process for validating the Gestational Contract (the contract between the intended parents and the surrogate).
