As a Cashier (Customer Service Associate), you are the first and final interaction for Floor & Decor's customers. Our Cashiers are responsible for providing excellent customer service through greeting customers, checking out customers, handling product returns, performing basic cash office functions and providing every customer with an exceptional experience. Litigation Paralegal Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize litigation files, matter databases, and document repositories
- Assist with drafting and reviewing pleadings, discovery responses, subpoenas, and internal correspondence
- Coordinate discovery efforts, including document collection, organization, and production involving multiple business units
- Support attorneys with regulatory‐related litigation, claims matters, incident documentation, and investigations
- Conduct factual research and prepare summaries, timelines, and supporting materials
- Manage litigation calendars, deadlines, and matter‐specific milestones
- Assist with preparation for hearings, mediations, depositions, arbitrations, and settlement discussions
- Serve as a liaison between the legal team, internal departments, outside counsel, and third‐party vendors
- Help oversee document management processes to ensure compliance with company standards
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate preferred
- 4-10 years of litigation experience
- Familiarity with state and federal litigation procedures
- Experience with e‐discovery tools and document management systems
- Strong organizational and time‐management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail

The Role
We're looking for a driven plaintiff personal injury attorney to represent seriously injured clients from investigation through trial across a broad docket: auto and truck accidents, workplace and non-subscriber injuries, oilfield and maritime cases, premises liability, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death.
What We're Looking For
- Texas bar license (required)
- 2+ years of plaintiff PI litigation experience
- Casualty, wrongful death, trucking, oilfield, industrial and maritime experience is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
