We are currently seeking a high professional to join our team as a Premier Relationship Manager. As a Premier Relationship Manager, you will be a trusted adviser to our new and existing Premier clients. Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- FINRA Series 6, 63, Life and Health Insurance licenses required; must obtain series 7 within 6 months of joining
- 5+ years of proven and progressive financial services and/or retail sales experience, or equivalent, including evidence of strong sales results and knowledge of banking products for referral purposes
- Relationship management experience with high-net-worth clients or equivalent
- Strong sales, communication, cross-selling, sales planning, mathematical, decision-making, and analytical skills
- Strong relationship management, client service, time management and prioritization skills

- Occasionally, pizza sauce weighing 30 pounds is carried from the storage room to the front of the store.
- Trays of pizza dough are carried three at a time over short distances, and weigh approximately 12 pounds per tray.
PUSHING
- To move trays which are placed on dollies. A stack of trays on a dolly is approximately 24\" - 30\" and requires a force of up to 7.5 pounds to push.
- Trays may also be pulled.
CLIMBING
- Team members must infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance.
STOOPING/BENDING
- Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station.
- Toe room is present, but workers are unable to flex their knees while standing at this station.
- Duration of this position is approximately 30 - 45 seconds at one time, repeated continuously during the day.
- Forward bending is also present at the front counter and when stocking ingredients.
CROUCHING/SQUATTING
- Performed occasionally to stock shelves and to clean low areas.
REACHING
- Reaching is performed continuously; up, down and forward.
- Workers reach above 72\" occasionally to turn on/off oven controls, change prices on sign, and lift and lower objects to and from shelves.
- Workers reaching down to perform such tasks as scooping cornmeal from a plastic barrel, or washing dishes.
- Workers reach forward when obtaining topping ingredients, cleaning work surfaces, or answering phones.
HAND TASKS
- Eye-hand coordination is essential. Use of hands is continuous during the day.
- Frequently activities require use of one or both hands.
- Shaping pizza dough requires frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists.
- Workers must manipulate a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven, and when using the rolling cutter.
- Frequent and/or forceful pinching is required in the assembly of cardboard pizza boxes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform daily inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock audits to ensure accuracy of product quantities and locations.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through research and coordination with receiving, picking, and shipping teams.
Maintain and update inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS).
Identify damaged, misplaced, or mislabeled items and take corrective action as needed.
Support inbound and outbound operations by verifying product codes, lot numbers, and quantities.
Assist in physical inventory preparation and execution during monthly or quarterly counts.
Communicate any product or process issues to leads or supervisors promptly.
Follow all safety and operational procedures to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve inventory accuracy and workflow efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in warehouse or inventory control preferred.
Basic computer skills; familiarity with inventory software or WMS systems a plus.

SPECIFIC POSITION DUTIES
- Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
- Performs mechanical assembly following work instruction methods.
- Uses various hand-held equipment such as soldering irons, heat shrink guns, hand crimpers, wire cutters and automatic crimpers.
- Winds wire using automatic machine winders such as toroidal winders.
- Glues, tapes, and solders using small hand tools and various epoxies, glues and solders.
- Finishes product using various methods to clean parts: handheld blades, grinding wheels, removing excess epoxy. Uses alcohol to clean parts.
- Encapsulates or varnishes some product. May require use of a molding press.
- Create labels and print documents referenced in the travel card instructions.
- Performs electrical or mechanical tests on product. May use meters, calipers, micrometers and a variety of gages, fixtures, and electrical test equipment.
- These work centers generally require packing. This can require the use of hand trucks, pallet jacks or carts to move packaged finished product.
- Reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the team leader.
- Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition. Follows all prescribed personal protective equipment and safety regulations
- Completes tasks as directed by the manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision.
- Will need to perform other manufacturing tasks outside the job description if the need arises.

The primary requirement for this role is solid civil litigation experience. Experience in construction law or public works is highly desirable but not required. The firm is open to training the right litigation attorney who is interested in expanding into this niche practice area.

What You Will Do
- Manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Appear in court and participate in mediations
- Develop case strategy alongside senior attorneys
- Support matters involving construction and public entity disputes as applicable
Required Qualifications
- Active California Bar license
- 2+ years of civil litigation experience
- Experience handling motions, discovery, and depositions
- Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases independently
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Construction law experience
- Public works or public entity representation
- Government contract experience
