About the Role

Step into a senior leadership role at a well-established outpatient clinic serving a diverse patient population in West Philadelphia. This is a rare opportunity for a Board-Certified Family Medicine physician to balance clinical care with strategic and administrative leadership. Practice Overview:
- You’ll join a multidisciplinary team of pediatricians, family physicians, NPs, and behavioral health providers
- 100% outpatient setting at the group’s flagship location in West Philadelphia

Schedule:
- 3 clinical days and 2 dedicated administrative days each week
- Typical hours are 8:30 AM to 5 PM, with last patient seen by 4:15 PM
- Option for a 4.5-day workweek; no weekend requirements
- Daily support from 2 MAs and 1 LPN, with additional scribes and dictation tools available
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary up to $270,000 with an additional incentive program of $24,000 annually
