Job Responsibilities:

• Distribute samples to customers during promotional events.
• Achieve sell through from all new distribution and select items by working with account staff to identify and communicate selling opportunities, completing required surveys and tracking bottles sold per hour during event
• Educate clients, account staff and other promotion Associates on assigned labels.
• Remain aware of current inventory and out of stock situations and alerts National Account Manager to possible fluctuations
• Maintain account standards as determined by management and use effective/current point of sale materials when appropriate to ensure maximum brand visibility
• Work cohesively with all other personnel, including chain staff, additional distributors and suppliers to increase brand sales and ensure successful promotional events
• Deliver exceptional customer care to member’s as expected by account standards and guidance
• Maintain professional and industry knowledge by attending educational workshops, BBG brand training, reviewing professional publications and establishing personal networks
• Completes all necessary training programs by attending, participating, and passing all required tests as defined by management
• Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Basic PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software
• Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
• Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment
• Must be 21 years old or older

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience preferred.
• An understanding of wine, beer and spirits is required. Experience in the on/off premise wine sales/service environment is highly preferred.
• Individuals with strong accounting, technical, customer service and interpersonal expertise preferred.

Established in 2009, Pelorus (recently rebranded from NJ Memory and Behavioral Care) is a boutique practice founded by Dr. Matthew Barnas - board certified in Geriatric and Adult Psychiatry. Dr. Barnas completed his Geriatric training at Yale University.  Dr Unnati Patel is board certified in Adult Psychiatry. She joined Pelorus in 2014, after being the Director of the Psychiatry Consultation service at RWJ Somerset Medical Center for 5 years. Prior to that she was the Chief Resident of Psychiatry at New Jersey Medical School.

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Position description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for initial and follow-up Psychiatric consults in select assisted living and skilled nursing facilities.
 
 Daily patient encounters will be approximately between 11 to 16, depending on the mix of initial vs. follow-up services. Only light clinical documentation is required - just initial and follow-up progress notes. There is minimal bureaucracy or busy-work: no H&P’s, no “discharge summaries”, no “treatment plans”, no “treatment team meetings” or “rounds”. We use streamlined, one page note templates which facilitate an efficient workflow.
 
 All of our clinicians perform the exact same duties, so together we have refined our processes to be as efficient and pleasant as possible. There are no hospital-based services, no admissions, no discharges, minimal administrative responsibilities beyond the described clinical documentation, and billing submission.
 
 Participation in our telephone-based on-call schedule will consist of about 1 weeknight in 7 and less than one weekend/month. Call is via phone only. There are no on-call rounds, no admissions (or admission orders), no discharges (or discharge orders). Phone calls during on-call shift are infrequent: during most on-call shifts, there are zero phone calls received.
 
 Daily work schedule is flexible, position affords much autonomy/independence – but at the same time, support and assistance is always available to you from our three psychiatrists and colleagues.
 
Experience prescribing and monitoring psychotropic medications is very strongly preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.  PMHNP certification is required in Pennsylvania, and is ideal in NJ (but Family & Geriatric are acceptable in NJ).
 
Compensation:

• We offer very competitive compensation – FT salary from $130,000 and upward (based on experience/resume), with annual increases, and available productivity bonuses, as well as the option of full health benefits and a retirement plan for FT position, 4 weeks PTO, 3 CME days with stipend and/or reimbursement for license renewals, and national Holidays off.
   

Requirements

• PA APRN license, PA DEA, AANP certification (must be PMHNP)
• Active and unrestricted license
• Effective oral and written communication in English
• Basic proficiency with technology, including electronic health records (EHR)
• Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to regulatory compliance
• Ability to provide in-person services at assigned facilities
• Ability to walk, stand, and move between patient rooms and offices within the facility throughout the day

Job Description: 

Scope/Purpose of the Position

The Maintenance technician is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the production equipment by using quick in-depth troubleshooting and preventive maintenance while maintaining the highest safety, quality, GMP standards.

Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions

Primary Duties:

- Perform preventive maintenance on facility-wide equipment to reduce downtime and increase reliability

- Troubleshoot and repair all facility and production equipment in a safe and efficient manner

- Make necessary machinery and equipment adjustments to ensure optimal performance

- Support start-ups, changeovers, daily operations, and shutdowns as needed

- Participate in installation and training on new machinery and equipment

- Utilize the CMMS to create, update, and complete work orders accurately

- Start machines and equipment to test proper operation following repairs

- Record preventive maintenance tasks and completed work orders in a timely manner

- Respond to all maintenance calls promptly and complete work orders as required

- Partner with other departments on root cause analysis and continuous improvement projects

- Collaborate with operators and supervisors to resolve mechanical issues during production

- Identify and report additional preventive maintenance needs

- Track and report usage of spare parts; support inventory planning and restocking

- Maintain a clean and orderly work area; ensure proper care of tools and equipment

- Follow all safety procedures and comply with OSHA standards

- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)

- Assist in training production operators on equipment operation

- Read and interpret electrical schematics for equipment troubleshooting

Secondary Duties:

- Assist with maintaining maintenance logs and documentation archives

- Support improvements in maintenance SOPs and best practices

Collaboration:

- Work with Production, Quality, Sanitation, Inventory teams, and other departments to ensure reliable and efficient operation of equipment.

- Communicate effectively with peers, supervisors, and vendors regarding equipment status, part needs, and repair timelines

- Work with external vendors and equipment manufacturers during maintenance interventions to support knowledge sharing and enhance internal troubleshooting capabilities

Compliance:

- Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations, GMP requirements, and company safety policies

- Maintain records as required for audits and inspections

Supervisory Responsibilities

- This position does not supervise other employees.
