Average annual salary: $108,190.67 to $148,000 with Benefits

Experience: Completion of a one (1) year supervised full-time clinical internship or one (1) year of extensively supervised clinical experience.

And

Three (3) years of experience in the field of clinical psychology involving the use of psychodiagnostics, psychotherapy, projective techniques, and other clinical methods

Note: One (1) year of residency (advanced training beyond internship or the extensively supervised clinical experience) is considered equivalent to one (1) year of experience

License required:

Psychologist license of NJ

Under the general supervision of an Administrator of Psychological Services, or other supervisory official in a State hospital, developmental center, or other setting in a State department or agency, has responsibility for supervising and providing psychotherapy and psychological services including program development and evaluation, suicide and violence risk assessments, individual and group therapeutic activities, research, supervision of unlicensed psychology counselors and/or psychology trainees, carrying out psychological programs in accord with professional and administrative standards, representing psychology staff in contacts with other professionals, agencies, and the community, providing direct high level services to patients and residents, and participation in overall institutional programming and administration; may provide testimony during civil commitment hearings and/or superior court hearings; supervises psychology services support staff, behavior support technicians, or other staff and their work activities; prepares and signs official performance evaluations for subordinate staff; does other related duties as required.

Role Description

This is a full-time, primarily onsite role for a Certified Medical Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant, or Licensed Practical Nurse. The role involves onboarding patients into our VCM program, assisting with medical office tasks, providing patient care, managing medical records, and utilizing medical terminology. We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Executive Coordinator to support Leadership in managing the financial and operational performance of a home remodeling business. The role will initially focus on one remodeling company (roofing, siding, windows, or exterior remodeling), with the potential to expand across multiple businesses as systems are refined.

- Track income and expenses by job, crew, and service type

- Monitor job costing to ensure material, labor, and overhead costs stay within budget

- Reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and vendor bills

- Track deposits, progress payments, and final payments

- Prepare weekly and monthly financial summaries, including: Profit & loss by job and overall, Gross margin tracking, Cost overruns and variance reports

- Establish and maintain KPIs specific to home remodeling, such as: Job profitability, Average job cost vs. estimate, Revenue per crew, Lead-to-sale conversion (if applicable), Project cycle time

- Track accounts payable and receivable to maintain healthy cash flow

- Ensure timely payment of vendors and subcontractors

- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors regarding billing and documentation

- Create systems to track: Job status and completion timelines, Crew productivity and scheduling accountability, Change orders and cost approvals

- 3+ years of experience in an executive assistant, operations, or financial coordination role

- Experience in home remodeling, construction, or trades strongly preferred

- Solid understanding of job costing and construction finances

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

- Experience with construction or accounting software (QuickBooks, JobNimbus, Buildertrend, or similar)

- Familiarity with CRM or project management tools; experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.

Our client is seeking an on-site Purchasing & Sales Order Coordinator with strong NetSuite ERP experience. The role involves managing the full purchasing cycle and sales order workflow in a fast-paced environment, requiring a detail-oriented, hands-on individual who plays a key role in daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage purchase and sales orders end-to-end, from creation through fulfillment and invoice matching
• Use NetSuite ERP daily for order processing, inventory tracking, reporting, and recordkeeping
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, warehouse, and operations to ensure timely pricing, delivery, and shipments
• Monitor inventory and initiate replenishment as needed
• Resolve discrepancies in orders, invoices, and shipments

Requirements:

• Strong NetSuite ERP proficiency, including PO, SO, inventory, fulfillment, and reporting is required
