Job Summary:
The Longchamp Concession Manager oversees all aspects of running a profitable business on their concession shop floor, within our partner department stores (i.e., Nordstrom and Bloomingdales). The Concession Manager ensures the success of their team in all aspects of clientelling and sales, operations, professional development, merchandise presentation and merchandise assortment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Leadership Responsibilities:
- Perform supervisory responsibilities including planning, assigning, and directing work; reviewing performance; rewarding and coaching employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Prepare structural equipment: packaged equipment specifications and data sheets, RFQs, technical bid summaries, and purchase recommendations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Structural Engineering (ABET-accredited) + 6–7 years’ experience; EPC project experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of structural codes (IBC, AISC, ACI, ASCE7).
- Experience with leading the discipline design for large projects and delegating work tasks to team members
- Field inspections including steel frameworks, foundations, and equipment supports
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience leading large project teams.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- PE license preferred.

We have an urgent need for a Supply Chain Analyst on a 6-month contractor role.
We need someone that has experience of onboarding vendors and converting purchase requisitions to purchase orders. This will be a tactical role. Prefer candidates that have experience with OpenInvoice and Pricebooks.

Position Description
The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for leading strategic sourcing initiatives, managing procurement process, on-going supplier management, and continuous improvement activities related to the procurement of goods and services for the energy company. The job will consist of onboarding new suppliers and issuing Purchase Orders for goods and services. A successful candidate should have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented and proactively interact with suppliers and internal stakeholders to meet project delivery timelines.
Responsibilities
- Manages the onboarding process for suppliers including gathering relevant documents (MSA, NDA, W9, COI, HSE Documents, etc.) and working with cross-functional teams to complete onboarding.
- Create, review, and issue purchase orders (POs) in accordance with company procurement policies and approval workflows. Ensuring details are accurate and any expediting is completed.
- Maintain standard onboarding and PO creation procedures and cycle times.
- Generate reports and dashboards on onboarding progress, PO activity, and supplier status to support operational visibility.
- Support supply chain team by maintaining supplier master data integrity and tracking.
- Performs analysis related to organizational spending across various metrics and categories.
- Build relationships with Operations, Finance, Accounts Payable and other functional teams to assist in procurement of goods and services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or business
- 2-5 years of Procurement or Supply Chain experience
- Knowledge of strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management
- Experience issuing purchase orders and onboarding suppliers
- Intermediate level Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP's, pivot tables, etc.)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively manage tasks in a timely manner
