Position Summary:

A rapidly growing construction services company is seeking a skilled Project Manager with deep expertise in Doors, Frames, and Hardware to join our Woburn, MA team. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage DFH projects from start to finish while ensuring quality, compliance, and client satisfaction. The position provides room for growth into senior leadership for motivated individuals.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintain extensive knowledge of multiple door vendors and product lines
• Detail projects, including pricing, identifying design or specification errors, and communicating with clients as needed
• Estimate material requirements for construction projects in accordance with company policy and local building codes
• Review existing conditions for door deficiencies and create corrective action plans for code compliance
• Assist operations with estimating and pricing commercial doors, frames, and hardware
• Perform take-offs for all commercial door, frame, and hardware projects
• Support sales and operations teams by providing expertise during estimating, buy-out, and construction phases
• Lead team in blueprint reading, specification interpretation, and construction procedures
• Review material usage versus estimates upon project completion

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Assist operations with order verification and project document review as schedule allows
• Support operations with revisions and changes to project documentation

The Medical Intensive Care Unit provides interdisciplinary care for patients with a variety of serious medical conditions in a technologically advanced environment. MICU is a closed unit run by pulmonary/critical care specialist physicians and patients are frequently on ventilators, and vasopressor support. We have 6 Critical Care Intensivists: A resident team, each led by an attending who specializes in Pulmonary Critical Care Medicine. Daily multidisciplinary rounds at bedside to discuss patients' plans of care. 

The role of an ICU/CCU RN is to provide care to critical patients /complex surgical patients requiring but not limited to cardiac monitoring, invasive lines, ventilators, and critical care pharmacology medications. In this role, you will provide quality care to our patients on an inpatient 8 bed ICU that cares for cardiac, respiratory and surgical day patients. In this fast paced environment you will assess, plan, implement and document patient care, communicate with patients, families and other health team members effectively and implement core measures as indicated on the patients of this unit. Applicants should possess excellent communication, assessment, documentation and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to prioritize as well as a commitment to work with a culturally diverse population. 

Qualifications/Experience: 

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current MA RN License 

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred 

ICU/Critical Care RN experience required

Current AHA BLS & ACLS certifications required 

CCRN Preferred

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.

• The base salary range for this role in Atlanta is $101,000.00 -$123,000.00.

This is an estimated range, however, specific base salaries within the range depend on various factors such as experience and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.

In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a bonus of up to 16% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.
