LHH is assisting a respected regional law firm in its search for a Commercial Real Estate Finance Attorney to join its growing team. This practice sits within the firm's established real estate finance group and partners closely with lenders on sophisticated, multi‐jurisdictional transactions.

The attorney in this role will represent institutional lenders on complex commercial real estate financings. Assignment Overview

• Well Baby Nursery coverage, ER consults, and deliveries
• Average census: 5 nursery patients, 3 ER consults, 5 deliveries per shift
• Total patient load: per shift
• Solo provider coverage (no APP supervision required)
• Trauma level: Non-trauma
• EMR: Epic

Candidate Requirements

• MD/DO Board Certified in Pediatrics
• Experience in inpatient pediatric hospitalist or nursery coverage
• Comfortable managing deliveries and newborn care independently

Long-Standing, well-established group, local group adding EM physician to staff on 1099 independent status.

Job Function:

• Work a total 136 hours a month, which is a combo of 12 hour and 9 hour shifts
• Must do 3-4 night shifts a month and must rotate
• Typically single coverage with current volume. Mondays and Tuesdays are the busiest for all sites
• EPIC is the EMR for all three hospitals
• Group practice that will provide a competitive wage/comp package for providers

What You'll Do

• Lead the Field: Oversee daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and inspectors.
• Ensure Quality & Compliance: Enforce company standards and uphold all codes, permits, and safety regulations, including NYC inspection processes and special inspections.
• Drive Project Execution: Manage the full on-site lifecycle—from mobilization to punch list and closeout—while maintaining budget and schedule integrity.
• Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders for clear communication and quick issue resolution.
• Stay Organized: Maintain daily reports, site photos, and inspection records using digital tools and platforms.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of experience as a Construction Site Superintendent (large-scale project experience preferred)
• Ability to travel 80% of the time preferred
• Availability for both day and night shifts – initial phases may require night work during noisy operations, transitioning to daytime hours as finishes begin
• Strong knowledge of ground-up and interior renovation in commercial or institutional construction
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Familiarity with NYC inspection processes and special inspections
• OSHA 40 certification (required)
• Tech-savvy – comfortable using OpenSpace, Smartsheet, and other project management tools; capable of saving PDFs, organizing files, and retrieving past communications efficiently
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (required); Procore experience (preferred)
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) highly preferred
• Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills

About the Role

As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you'll perform maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and other building systems in accordance with standard operating procedures, manufacturer specifications, and safety policies. While this role does not include direct supervisory responsibilities, you may provide mentorship and training to entry-level technicians.

You'll support multiple industrial facilities within the account, performing both preventative and reactive maintenance to keep operations running safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on buildings and equipment, including HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Execution: Complete work orders as assigned by supervisors, ensuring all requests are documented and finalized properly.
• Work Orders: Respond to, execute, and close out requests in the CMMS system, recording accurate time, work performed, and materials used for tracking and billing.
• Support: Provide general maintenance support across multiple facilities as needed.
• Safety: Follow all C&W Services safety procedures and maintain a safe, clean work environment.

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
• General knowledge of tools, building maintenance procedures, and industrial facility equipment.
• Ability to perform repairs on basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Strong written and mathematical skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required. Travel between sites will be a requirement of the role.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge of HVAC and Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Experience or knowledge of plumbing systems.
• Experience or knowledge of Fire Life Safety (FLS) systems.
• Experience troubleshooting general building systems.

Physical Demands

• Ability to reach overhead, kneel, squat, climb steps/ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to move between departments and facilities throughout the workday.
• Regularly required to type and document work in a computerized maintenance system.
• Work may be performed in a warehouse or industrial setting with fluctuating temperatures.
