Responsibilities
The Clinical Social Worker is an integral member of the care team and contributes to the care coordination for patients with multiple social stressors and/or behavioral health concerns. The Clinical Social Worker utilizes screening criteria for the coordination of quality health care services, reduction of service fragmentation, enhancement of quality of life, and the appropriate use of healthcare and community resources.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of high-risk socially complex patients
- Conduct face to face and telephonic psychosocial assessments with the patient and/or the caregiver
- Investigate psychological and social determinant barriers and design appropriate interventions to assist in closing gaps in care and needs
- Provide short-term counseling services as needed
- Coordinate services to ensure the patient/family understands a treatment plan

Job Overview:
The Inside Sales Representative is the single point of contact for all project quotations and works directly with sales representatives and external customers. - Provides sales assistance qualifying customer calls, obtaining appropriate and complete project information, reviewing project plans, and producing material take offs. As necessary, contact general contractors to obtain bidders list and bid results.
- Develop quotes, review orders for clarity and accuracy, prepare submittals, estimate delivery dates.
- As directed, and within guidelines, handle maintenance bids, dealer relations, accessory products (e.g., fabric, gabions, gates, trash racks, etc.).
- Use information system to check availability; have working knowledge of production, scheduling and shipping practices and procedures.

Pay Range: $69,100 - $103,800 annual total cash target pay

Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, verify, process and route all materials into the facility and off-site facilities (remote sites) and enter the receipts in the Materials Management software system.
Notify the Warehouse Manager of any discrepancies of materials versus shipping documentation.
Prepare shipments, including documentation, for outbound shipments.
Manage the Returned Goods process according to the Returned Goods SOP.
Deliver stock to the appropriate staging area for departments.
Put warehouse items in the designated storage areas and rotate stock according to receipt date and expiration dates to ensure proper stock rotation and use prior to expiration.
Note any short, dated materials upon receipt (less than 30 days of shelf life) and report to the Warehouse Manager to determine any possible actions that may need taken.
Assist in cycle count and full physical inventory.
Comply with all applicable and current Materials and Services Management, Human Resources, Employee Health and Safety, Compliance, OSHA, CLIA, etc.
