Responsibilities

In the On-Site Supervisor role, you will serve a loyal, long-term customer directly at their location while also recruiting and managing the contingent workforce. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Participating in client production meetings to understand staffing needs
• Leading weekly meetings with client supervisors to plan strategy and share updates
• Building a pipeline of candidates through online searches, cold calls, networking, career fairs, etc.
• Recruiting, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates
• Checking in contingent workforce, reviewing call-offs, and coordinating replacements
• Orienting employees on client procedures and TRN policies
• Coaching, counseling, evaluating performance, and conducting reviews or terminations when needed
• Maintaining records, processing timesheets/invoices, and preparing headcount and performance reports
• Ensuring compliance with all client, company, and regulatory standards
• Acting as the primary liaison between the client and The Reserves Network office

Requirements

• Previous on-site and/or staffing experience preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred
• At least 6 months of recruiting experience
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform GPS-based field surveys to capture existing site and utility information
• Collect, verify, and document field data for use in design and construction activities
• Prepare and update drawings using AutoCAD based on field observations and survey results
• Conduct constructability reviews of preliminary layouts and design exhibits
• Document existing site conditions through notes, sketches, and photographs
• Perform electronic utility locates and assist with measuring utility depths as required
• Understand and apply knowledge of rights-of-way, easements, parcels, and private property constraints
• Coordinate with engineers, designers, and project managers to resolve field-related issues
• Represent the company during site visits, coordination meetings, and preconstruction activities
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, business owners, and stakeholders, including de-escalation when needed
• Adhere to all safety requirements, including proper use of PPE and field protocols
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support project delivery

Required Education and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in field engineering, surveying, utility coordination, or technical drafting
• Experience performing GPS survey work and supporting design teams with field data
• Must be based in Texas and available to work locally during normal business hours
• Valid State Driver's License with an acceptable driving record in accordance with company policy

1. Make outbound and take inbound calls

a. Collect payments on live and terminated accounts via phone pay, quick collect and letters using excellent customer service skills. The outstanding balance may be due to past-due payments, lease-end charges (including mileage, wear and tear, and property tax), deficiency balances resulting from repossession, or an outstanding amount from a total loss.

b. Negotiate payment solutions when the customer needs assistance and follow up when there is pending action required or payment arrangements have expired.

c. Provide excellent customer service while handling incoming calls from external and internal customers with phone courtesy.

2. Manage a queue of assigned accounts

3. When customer contact is a challenge, perform skip tracing activities to locate the customer and collateral and assign out for repossession when applicable.

JOB SUMMARY:

Structural and Steel Products is seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our growing Utility Structures Engineering team. This role is responsible for the structural design and engineering of steel pole transmission structures up to 500kV, including monopoles, H-frames, and three-pole structures.

This is an exciting opportunity to help build and shape an expanding in-house engineering department, working directly with executive leadership while contributing to high-impact infrastructure projects for major utility customers. We are looking for a high-performing engineer who enjoys solving complex structural challenges, mentoring junior engineers, and improving engineering processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design utility steel pole transmission structures up to 500kV including monopoles, H-frames, and 3-pole structures.
• Develop engineering proposals, structural calculations, and design packages.
• Review work completed by junior engineers.
• Manage engineering work for key customers.
• Collaborate with sales, drafting, manufacturing, and operations teams.

Position Summary

The Senior Tax Associate will support direct and indirect tax compliance in a multi‐state environment, with a strong focus on compliance execution and reconciliation. This role is compliance‐heavy and structured as an approximately 50/50 split between income tax and sales & use/property tax.

The ideal candidate comes from public accounting (2–3 years) and has hands‐on experience with either direct tax or indirect tax (not required to have both). This person will partner cross‐functionally, work with third‐party providers, and help maintain accurate, efficient tax processes across systems such as SAP and Vertex.

Key Responsibilities

Income / Direct Tax Compliance (≈50%)

• Prepare supporting workpapers for federal and multi‐state income and franchise tax filings (returns prepared by a third party).
• Prepare and submit quarterly estimated tax payments.
• Prepare the annual income tax provision in accordance with ASC 740 (GAAP).
• Support multi‐state compliance (currently ~24 states).
• Assist with tax research, analyzing the impact of new tax legislation and guidance.
• Support audit requests, notices, and jurisdictional inquiries.
• Partner with accounting and finance teams to support reporting and process improvements within SAP.

Sales & Use / Property / Indirect Tax Compliance (≈50%)

• Support and maintain sales and use tax compliance processes, including monthly reconciliations.
• Reconcile gross sales between SAP and Vertex, investigate variances, and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with sales and use tax audits, registrations, and exemption certificate management.
• Provide guidance to AP/AR teams on tax treatment of transactions.
• Communicate with state and local tax authorities, including home‐rule jurisdictions.
• Support property tax and related compliance activities as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–3 years of public accounting experience (tax focus strongly preferred).
