Job Description
Under provider direction, the RN provides skilled nursing care to patients in a variety of clinical settings. Scope of responsibility is characterized by use of nursing process to assess, plan, intervene and evaluate human responses to actual or potential health problems utilizing appropriate practices, standards, protocols and guidelines. This position reports to a Practice Manager.

The Greater Manchester Region has approximately 2,500 employees. It includes Manchester Memorial Hospital, a 249-bed community hospital, Rockville General, a campus of Manchester Memorial Hospital, a 102-bed facility, a large multispecialty provider group and visiting nurse services. The Greater Manchester Region serves a region of 300,000 people in 19 towns.
General Summary of Duties: The provision of intermittent nursing service to patients in their homes under a plan of care established in collaboration with the patient's physician and according to agency policy andΒ procedures uses hospice concepts and promotes quality of life for the terminally ill.
Supervision Received: Reports directly to the Hospice/Palliative Clinical Supervisor.
Supervision Exercised: Home Care Aides.
Typical Physical Demands: Requires full range of body motion including handling and lifting patients, manual and finger dexterity, and eye-hand coordination.Β Requires standing, walking, and the ability to ascend and descend stairs.Β Occasionally, lifts and carries items weighing up to 30 pounds.Β Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.Β Requires working under stressful conditions.Β Requires some exposure to communicable diseases and/or bodily fluids.

e)Β Β Ongoing evaluation of significant changes in the condition of the patient and of progress toward the therapeutic goals.
f)Β Β Use of Agency and community consultants/resources.
g)Β Β Instruction of patient/family in procedures or responsibilities they are assuming and optimum wellness practices.
h)Β Β Planning for the patient's discharge from service.
i)Β Β Β Appropriate implementation and utilization of OASIS system.
Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β j)Β Β Β Consults with patient/family regarding the process of dealing with issues of ethical concern.
2.Β Β Documents all services provided in the clinical record in accordance with state and federal regulations and Agency policy:
a)Β Β All records are complete, accurate, and done in timely fashion:Β
Β·Β Β admissions within 24 hours from first visit.
Β·Β Β subsequent visits within 48 hours.
b)Β Β Obtains physician verbal/written orders and complies with all reporting requirements.
c)Β Β Participates in coordination of care with physicians and with other disciplines as appropriate.Β
3.Β Β Manages work assignment in effective and efficient manner:
a)Β Β Reports any cases to the Hospice/Palliative Clinical Supervisor where goals can not be met or at-risk situations exist and responds appropriately.
b)Β Β Remains flexible in daily planning, allowing time for emergencies or unexpected visits.
c)Β Β Maintains productivity as established by the Agency.
d)Β Β Utilizes payor sources correctly, reflecting changing levels of care.
e)Β Β Delegates patient care responsibilities to Home Care Nurse (LPN) as appropriate.
f)Β Β Β Participates in the development of the hospice interdisciplinary team care plan.
4.Β Β Establishes the plan of care to be delegated to the Homemaker/Home Care Aide/Companion, orients and supervises the home care aide in accordance with state and federal regulations and Agency policy:
a)Β Β Develops an initial written plan of care for the HMK/HCA/Companion and updates this plan as patient's condition warrants but no less often than every 60 days.
b)Β Β Obtains input from HMK/HCA/Companion regarding patient progress.
c)Β Β Prepares written performance evaluations of home care aides under his/her supervision.
d)Β Β Provides supervision of home care aides at a minimum of every two weeks or as required by payor source.
5.Β Β Develops and maintains sufficient professional skills and credentials to meet the needs of patient care:
a)Β Β Attends a minimum of 12 hours of in-service per year.Β At least six of those hours shall deal with aspects of hospice care.
b)Β Β Participates actively in self-appraisal and the formation of a plan of self-development.
c)Β Β Knowledgeable of agency policies and procedures.Β Adheres to Agency Corporate Compliance Plan and HIPAA Privacy Plan as per written agreement.
d)Β Β Seeks appropriate clinical input to ensure appropriate patient care.
e)Β Β Projects professional image through attitude and compliance with dress code.
f)Β Β Capable of precepting new nurses and students.

Our Park Services House Keeper works to keep the park clean from behind the scenes! You'll support the team on the backend, by keeping employee work areas and offices ready to go. Your attention to detail helps to ensure a friendly and welcoming enviroment for everyone.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Six Flags Mantra β Friendly, Clean, Fast, and Safe Service
- Regularly inspecting behind-the-scenes areas for cleanliness and safety issues
- Sanitizing and cleaning office/restroom facilities, including but not limited to trash receptacles, sinks, toilets, mirrors, stalls, lights, vents, counters, walls and floors within the assigned area
- Emptying and replacing liners in trash receptacles and restock toiletries as needed
- Transporting waste to designated compactor areas, adhering to the parkβs waste policies
- Respond promptly to and clean up any biohazard or vomit spills using appropriate materials and PPE
- Enforce and comply with all Six Flags New England policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols
- Assist other areas of the Park Services Department as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Park Services Leadership team
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety
- Ability to interact in a professional and positive manner
- Able to work 3-5 days per week (no weekends)
- Friendly, outgoing personality, and the ability to address guest concerns
- Able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language
- 18 years old or older
- Willing to work a flexible schedule of at least 24/hours per week
- Able to meet the physical demands of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations, including walking long distances, standing for long periods of time, lifting, working at heights, etc.
- Valid driverβs license with a clear driving record

Responsibilities:
- Creating and/or impersonating licensed and non-licensed characters
- Learning and memorizing scripts, dialogue, choreography, and blocking
- Maintaining show consistency and executing each performance as directed
- Interacting and engaging with guests to create a fun and enjoyable experience
- Maintaining βshow illusionβ and belief of character at all times for our guests
- Caring for and maintaining upkeep of costumes, props, and accessories
- May require specific costuming and makeup
- Appearing at off property events
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Enforcing all Six Flags New England policies
- Assisting in other areas of the Entertainment department.
- Performing other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous dancing, singing and/or acting experience
- Strong acting personality and presence, and ability to relate to children and families well
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety
- Ability to interact in a professional and positive manner
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Ability to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time in costume
- Sense of fun
- Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
